This was my second request as he was running especially behind on Wednesday, therefore, I changed the appointment today. John called me and was at our home a little after 10am which was great since I had a 10 to 12 window. John explained several point with the door and finished timely! He repaired the Opener and gave a check up to the door greasing etc.

Kevin O. arrived at our home to replace our broken garage door spring. He is very friendly, courteous and professional. After inspecting our garage door (21 year old builder grade) we decided to purchase a new, insulated garage door and opener. Kevin temporarily replaced our broken spring so we can use our garage door and is scheduled to install our new door on Monday.

I needed a new coil tension spring and cables for one garage door. Called yesterday and an appointment was scheduled for this morning. The service technician, Kevin, was right on time and phoned in advance to give me his estimated time of arrival. He assessed the problem, provided me with service options and then completed the work efficiently. The garage door works great. I would certainly use this company again.

I had previously dealt with one of your competitors for 32 years. When I called them to schedule the installation of a new door opener, the person with whom I spoke seemed cold, distant and uninterested in helping me. I then did an online search which led me to Precision Door. I was very impressed with the number of positive comments and reviews. I called, made an appointment for service and the rest, as they say, is history. I was given a 2 hour time window for the arrival of the technician. Kevin arrived at the promised time and went straight to work. He was most efficient and professional and I consider it a privilege to have had the opportunity to meet and speak with him. I called on a Monday morning because of a broken garage door spring. Our door was fixed by 3:00 the same day. For safety reasons my husband and I both loved the fact that we could see a picture of the technician before he came. Excellent customer service.
