My experience with this company was totally positive. My rating would be a 5! The technician was there within the time the website alotted and was most efficient at his job. He was personable and neat on his person! Most important, the repair was made and that was adequate, he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Thank you for a stress free experience.

Timing was a problem. The gentleman who gave me the estimate on Tuesday said someone would be at the house around 9 on Friday. I called at 9:45 and the lady answering the phone said my window was 10-12. Technician arrived at 1:30. Checked at 3:20 and he said another 30-40 minutes. My husband got home at 5-5:30 and he was still tinkering with the door. We were supposed to leave for the weekend in the afternoon. Had to cancel our dinner plans. Didn't get to leave for my parents' house (4 hour drive) until 5:30. Technician was nice and friendly. Apologized for the delay.

Precision Door is great and we request Kevin every time. The only reason I rated this a 3 is because I made an appt. and was told they would arrive between 9-11. I called at 1130 because they hadn't shown and they forgot to schedule me. Kevin did show up at 230 and they got to us as fast as they could. It just wasted 2 1/2 hours of my only day off.

Very grateful to the folks at Precision. Helped us on 2 separate occasions to not only respond to garage door problems at odd parts of the day (nights/weekends), but also to get us on their schedule within 48 hours for a brand new door installation due to the magnitude of our problem. I also thought their pricing was reasonable given how big the problems were they dealt with. Definitely recommended.

My service was exallent! The service man (which I can't think of this name) was very nice, helpful, patient and kind. He showed me where the door was broke, lubricated another door because of problems for free of charge. Which that means alot these days because it seems that most company's only want what is best for them. I will rate you a 5, but would personally rate a 10.
