Precision Door Service contacted me by text and phone to let me know they would arrive in a half hour. Service repairman, Jeff, arrived as stated. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the rollers greased the track and adjusted the tension. He did NOT try to have me purchase a new opener - in fact he stated that I had a good one. I felt that he was very honest and friendly. I will definitely contact them again if and when it is needed!

Technician (Jeff H.) was at my house approx 1.5hrs after I called. Torsion springs, pulleys, and rollers were replaced in less than an hour. Everything is back in working order and the work and parts seem top notch. Reasonable pricing as well.

Second Garage door they have fixed for me. Same day service on both sets of Springs they replaced and both technicians were very nice and personable. They sent me a text and email when the technician was on his way, he recommended some other maintenance but wasn't pushy. Everything worked out perfectly so far on both garage doors. The Life Time Warranty on the Springs sold me. Only 1 year on other companies I called.

Our garage door broke over night and would not longer open. A tech was to our place the next morning to inspect the door and provide the quote. We decided to replace the entire door and everything went really smoothly and quickly. Fast response, technician arrived before his scheduled time slot which I appreciated. The service technician had all of the parts available in his van to complete my repairs at that service call. Technician was clear spoken about the work that he recommended be completed and when we agreed upon the services, his work was fast, efficient and thorough he cleaned up all of his messes. He was also extremely friendly and professional. I also appreciated the added value of a text prior to his arrival with a photograph of him and a short description about him. Prices, I felt, were a fair value. I am extremely satisfied with the service we received.

We had a freak accident causing the garage for jam in the up position on a cold and snowy morning. Called our regular service company and they responded with an appointment 5 days later, or emergency service with a high rate per half hour that included travel time for the repairman. I called Precision and the owner was at my door in less than 2 hours and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Precision will now be my "go to" garage door service company.
