We had a broken garage door spring. The technician, Cody, called when he was on his way and arrived on time. This is someone who really knows what he is doing and is happy to answer questions. He did a thorough inspection and offered several options for this repair. Each option was explained clearly and I was able to understand the rationale for the different options. After getting my approval, Cody worked quickly and efficiently to make the repair. Most impressive was his care to assure the springs were the right ones AND that the tension was properly balanced. After seeing how he checked and re-checked, I am convinced the original installer did not have the door properly balanced (it had always been harder to open with the automatic opener disconnected than it is now.) I am a happy camper. Thank you.

We have seen commercials about your company and service. We went online to set up a same day appointment and Will called before arrival and was very straightforward with parts needed and options for fixing optional parts that should have already received service. This was a home we just purchased and the spring broke not allowing us to use the door. We appreciate the quick service and Will did an excellent job. We would recommend to others needing service and will use this company again.

Had a garage door emergency where my 21-year old door would not open, so I called Precision and could not be happier that I did. Isaiah came out the next morning and was so very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, pointed out with precision the various problems with my door, and provided me with options to repair or replace. After hearing the pros and cons of both options, I chose to replace. I feel very confident that I received great advice, service and a reasonable price and will happily recommend Isaiah and Precision to anyone needing this garage door services.

Such an amazing experience with this company. I called in the morning, and was able to get a same day appointment - I was stunned. Tyler was my tech, and he called and gave me plenty of notice to meet him at my house. He was extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly. He explained everything very thoroughly, and gave me multiple options to resolved my issue. My opener was 28 years old, so I went with a replacement unit. He showed me all the pricing and the options available, and explained each opener pro and con. He was done with the new opener in about an hour, and then walked me through every aspect of the new opener, including why the safety sensors had to be moved to a new location. I was so pleased with the experience, and will gladly recommend this company to anyone I know.

I chose Precision because of past work experiences. Their technicians are always professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Shortly after arriving the technician knew exactly the cause of my garage door openers sporadic performance. I was given the diagnosis and a corrective plan of action for my review and upon approval, the work was completed to my satisfaction.

Saw an add for the company and checked reviews. Made an appointment for a repair and the motor died while tech was on site. Josh gave me options without being pushy and had the new opener up and running in a short time. He was very friendly and professional. I am very happy with his work.

The bad news...our garage door opener died. The good news... Precision Garage Door Service sent Isaiah to take care of us. Isaiah was very professional, very knowledgeable, very accommodating and above all, good at what he did...replace our old opener with a new one. Not only that...he called and came an hour early.
