We had a broken garage door spring. The technician, Cody, called when he was on his way and arrived on time. This is someone who really knows what he is doing and is happy to answer questions. He did a thorough inspection and offered several options for this repair. Each option was explained clearly and I was able to understand the rationale for the different options. After getting my approval, Cody worked quickly and efficiently to make the repair. Most impressive was his care to assure the springs were the right ones AND that the tension was properly balanced. After seeing how he checked and re-checked, I am convinced the original installer did not have the door properly balanced (it had always been harder to open with the automatic opener disconnected than it is now.) I am a happy camper. Thank you.

We have seen commercials about your company and service. We went online to set up a same day appointment and Will called before arrival and was very straightforward with parts needed and options for fixing optional parts that should have already received service. This was a home we just purchased and the spring broke not allowing us to use the door. We appreciate the quick service and Will did an excellent job. Had a garage door emergency where my 21-year old door would not open, so I called Precision and could not be happier that I did. Isaiah came out the next morning and was so very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Such an amazing experience with this company. I called in the morning, and was able to get a same day appointment - I was stunned. Tyler was my tech, and he called and gave me plenty of notice to meet him at my house. He was extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly. He explained everything very thoroughly, and gave me multiple options to resolved my issue. My opener was 28 years old, so I went with a replacement unit. He showed me all the pricing and the options available, and explained each opener pro and con. He was done with the new opener in about an hour, and then walked me through every aspect of the new opener, including why the safety sensors had to be moved to a new location. I was so pleased with the experience, and will gladly recommend this company to anyone I know.

The bad news...our garage door opener died. The good news... Precision Garage Door Service sent Isaiah to take care of us. Isiah is an incredible technician who installed 2 Genie garage door openers at my home. He was courteous, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Will Abbott was my serviceman. I had a broken spring but garage door was operating rough and loud. He did a complete assessment , my door was 24 years old. He suggested and I agreed, replaced springs with heavy duty ones ,cables, rollers which were cracked, overhead support bar etc. no pressure but made sense . Very happy ,door operates like new, very smooth and quiet. Also nice warranty. also checked and adjusted my garage opener and advice on some simple maintenance. Answered all my questions. Good And friendly service is hard to find today. Excellent job Precision Door and Will Abbott. A+

My garage door spring broke on a Friday night as I was closing it for the night. In the morning I searched for companies that offered Saturday service. I found Precision offered quick service As well as weekend service. Precision was able to come out that same day. Joey was very professional gave me a number of options for my 20 year old door, never high pressure. I ended up having the spring, bearings, and cables replaced. Joey offered additional advice other maintenance items, but also indicated I could do them myself if I wished. Joey even gave me pointers on the DIY items I chose. Very professional, would recommend
