I am only adding a 3 star because the cost was so ridiculous. I paid 1800 dollars for the list listed below. The guy who came to fix the door was very good and professional and did the work within an hour. They knew I needed the door fixed so fell like they up charged everything. When the technician was in the process of replacing my broken spring, he broke a section of my drywall and created a big hole located on the wall next to the garage door. Although they gave me a discount on the bill, the amount discounted is not enough by any means to have the drywall fixed.

They have done work for us before, however, I’ll be honest I didn’t remember who we had out. This time we had a different service provided. They put a new spring on the first time and this time they put new cables in and re-rewind the spring. After a utility pole fire and power surge throughout our home, many of our electronics were fried including our garage door opener. I was having trouble getting anyone to return my calls. I picked this company because I have a Liftmaster door opener. The repairman was friendly and answered all the questions I had. The work was done quickly with no problems. Your comany installed a new garage door in 2023... A spring broke. The warranty was expired and I still had to pay 260.00 to have it replaced. I think that is ridiculous for a 2 year old door.

I was able to schedule an appointment the same day I contacted Precision Door Service but opted for the next day. The technician, Josh, was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
