My door is an overhead door and they couldn’t come until Friday, so much for emergency service from them! I went on line your company popped up and when i called the lady said someone could be here between 10 and 12. Send them on! Your gentleman called and confirmed he was on the way.

Great service -- I messaged on Sunday and Joey came out by 10:00 on Monday. He replaced the garage opener and replaced the wheels for the garage door which were showing a lot of wear and tear. Everything done in about an hour and 1/2. Would definitely recommend Precision

Wanted someone that could come today. Called about 10:45 am. Was told they could have someone here between 12 and 2 pm. Got a call about 20 minutes later that if I was home, he'd be on his way. Had it fixed and gone before my 12 -2 pm appointment. The sensor lights were out. He showed me the problem before fixing and told me exactly what it was going to cost.
