Precision did an outstanding job installing some new equipment, including a new opener. I trusted them to fix a problem I was having with the opener that was installed 16 months ago. Their technician was polite and professional!

Brent was in time, very courteous and made some helpful suggestions for maintaining our garage door opener. He was quick and very helpful. My husband mentioned that we would be getting a new garage door in the future and he was quick to offer a pamphlet of the garage doors they offer. I would highly recommend Precision.

Found my garage door inoperative this morning and the spring was broken at the top. I called Precision and spoke to helpful people who were able to get me a repairman out within a couple hours. Friendly rep came out and had the door fixed quickly, faster than I imagined. Efficient. Now everything is back to perfect. I would call Precision again if I ever have issues with my garage door system.

Today, we had Brent Stringfellow come to our home. He was reviewing a repeat issue where our cable appeared to have broken. Brent explained it appeared to have the wrong parts used on the previous repair. After he completed the repair, he stated it was no charge. He was prompt, polite and gave great insight. We are thankful for him taking ownership of the problem and correcting the issue. It is good to see honest forthright people helping others. Thank you.

This company has amazing customer service. From the moment I called, explained the issue, Amanda was so helpful and was able to give me a same day appointment. Brent was our technician, called me 40 minutes before he arrived so I would have time to come home from work. He was very knowledgeable, had excellent communication skills, found the problem fast, went above and beyond to go back to the shop to get a manual lock for my garage door, which he didn’t have to do because he had already repaired my garage door opener sensors. I highly recommend this company! Amazing service from beginning to end. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!

Your service was recommended by my brother and I am glad that I took his advice. I called in the morning and a technician was here to assess the problem with my garage door that afternoon. I really appreciate the prompt scheduling of my appointment. The technician identified the problem and proceeded to make the necessary repair the same day. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. He provided several options and explained each of them. This is my first experience with your company and I would definitely call again.

I choose Precision Doors, because I had dealt with them before. Brent came out determined the issue, gave 3 three recommendations & after we talked I decided to have the opener replaced. He not only replaced the opener but worked on my garage door. I don’t think either have worked so good before. I love the new opener.

Brent was very knowledgeable and friendly. We provided me options to repair my door, which I really appreciated. He showed-up on time and repaired my door. He then made some adjustments and oiled the moving parts to ensure I didn't have any other issues in the near-term. I will use this company again if I ever have any future issues.

Your Team far exceeded my expectations! It began with your text telling me when your technician would arrive but also some back ground information about him and his picture. An added safety factor which was appreciated. Brent got my input and ask additional questions to get a good understanding of my problems with my garage door opener. He found the problem to be sensor related. He fixed that problem. Then he turned to the second issue - noise. He found a bolt which worked itself loose. He replaced the bolt and lubed the entire system. The garage door opener now works and sounds like new. Fantastic! Thank you and your team for a quick response and especially Brent who did the work on the opener. He was courteous and professional. A real asset to your company!

Brent came and serviced our garage door today. He checked it out, made some adjustments and had it operating in short order! Nice guy, we talked about the new doors available and I decided to wait on a replacement at this time. Precision Doors will be my first call when I am ready for a new door.
