Kevin O. arrived at our home to replace our broken garage door spring. He is very friendly, courteous and professional. After inspecting our garage door (21 year old builder grade) we decided to purchase a new, insulated garage door and opener. Kevin temporarily replaced our broken spring so we can use our garage door and is scheduled to install our new door on Monday.

The service technician, Kevin, was right on time and phoned in advance to give me his estimated time of arrival. I had previously dealt with one of your competitors for 32 years. When I called them to schedule the installation of a new door opener, the person with whom I spoke seemed cold, distant and uninterested in helping me. I then did an online search which led me to Precision Door. I was very impressed with the number of positive comments and reviews. I called, made an appointment for service and the rest, as they say, is history. I was given a 2 hour time window for the arrival of the technician. Kevin arrived at the promised time and went straight to work. He was most efficient and professional and I consider it a privilege to have had the opportunity to meet and speak with him. Kevin (and Precision Door) will definitely be my first - and only - call for any future overhead door needs. Wishing you continued success and keep up the excellent work!

Requested an appointment to get an estimate on a new garage door and opener. They were able to set up an appointment that was convenient for us. John called before he came to make sure we were home and he arrived promptly at the appointment time. He was very thorough about explaining the products they carry and made good recommendations. Their price was comparable to the big box stores. We decided to purchase a new door and opener from Precision and they will install it within two days. That is excellent service!
