We were trapped by a broken garage door spring. We got a first in the day appointment, the tech arrived at the beginning of the appointment window, repaired the door quickly. Andy, the technician, recommended an upgrade which I thought was a good idea, and the door runs smoother than ever. Plus, the upgrade comes with as long as we are in the house guarantee. Great job all around.

Our Garage door came off the hinges around 1:00 PM on a Thursday. They were able to get a technician here around 2:00 PM and by 3:10 PM he had replaced all the rollers and the spring! Now the door is VERY quiet and works great! They are super to deal with!

Adam Meier, technician, arrived on time and quickly assessed our garage door problem. The motor had died. It was an old, loud garage door opener that was installed when the house was built in the 80’s. He installed a new Door opener and a new key Padua under an hour, hour. Clean efficient and nice. My service window was from 4-6; Zach called to say he was on his way & got here shortly after 4. I had a broken spring & decided to get all the garage door parts overhauled (old door). Zach was great! We had a car that had to be left in the garage due to the weight of the door. Zach took great care to not damage the car while he worked.

I am so impressed with the professionalism and promptness of this business. I found them through Home Advisor and within an hour they contacted me. It was a Friday and on Monday they were in my garage telling me what they offered. Less than 45 minutes later I had a new garage door opener, 2 remotes with the batteries installed, a button at the inside door, added sensors AND he had installed a new keypad on the outside. He stayed while I programmed the keypad code and left me with instructions on the mobile app for my phone. He cleaned up after himself too. The Lift Master opener is so much quieter than our old system. I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

As usual, my torsion spring sent no notice of its impending failure. You were recommended thru Angie's List. I called direct to your office and an appointment was arranged for the next morning. The technician (Adam) called ahead, right on time, to confirm his arrival time. Adam was pleasant, polite, and personable. He obviously knew his job well and began without delay. The old springs were removed and 2 new 2 x 250 x 32" springs were installed and the lift force adjusted. He was in and out in little more than 30 minutes. It would be a true delight if all service companies, and their personnel were as knowledgeable, efficient, and professional as Precision and, of course, Adam. Thanks!

The tech worked very hard in installing the bottom rubber seal on Garage door. It took a long time to install. The problem is, inside garage the door on the left side you can see a stream of light about 24inches the rubber seal is not not flush to the floor when the garage door is closed. I did point it out to the tech he said it is because of the garage floor. However the old floor seal was flush to the floor when close only a one inch gap was seen. This rubber seal was soft difficult to work with.I. just hope the rubber is durable. The cost was 194.00 I did take a photo.

Precision's customer service delivered excellent service. Travis, one of your company's tech came at such short notice and fixed our garage door. He came and guaranteed us that the problem did not require no heavy physical or mental exertion. He did a GREAT job! I chose Precision because of the online reviews and the A+ BBB rating. The appointment was made quickly - I called on Friday and my appointment was for Tuesday morning. I had a bent track repaired and a new garage door opener installed by Adam. My appt. was for between 10-12. Adam called around 10ish and said he would be there in about 30 min. Then I received an email showing me Adam's photo - that was nice - I knew who to expect. He arrived in about 20 min., looked at the door, opener and tracks, told me my garage door opener was about 30 years old and he would try to fix the track. He quoted a price. I told him to go ahead. I went inside the house and less than an hour later he called and said it was all done. He offered to put light bulbs in if I could bring them out, and that got done too. He told me how the remote and keypad worked and made sure I got my password programmed. Adam was very nice, helpful and quick. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision for anyone who needs service for their garage door. Thanks!
