Great job on my garage door repair. The spring and cables broke this morning at 7:00 a.m.. I called Precision and George had the door repaired by 10:15 a.m.. Nobody wants an unexpected repair bill, but I can't find a single complaint about how I was treated or the repair done. Very professional all around!

Our service from Precision was excellent. Our service technician was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. We replaced our garage door a while ago and needed the rubber trim added, now that we have replaced the wood trim around our door. It was nice to have the professional come back and install it for us, to insure that it was done correctly.

Precision Door sells quality products and backs up what they sell. The recent visit here by their technician was simply to do any adjustments and lubrication that might help the door operate smoother and quieter. I have experienced no issues with my Precision Door. They have backed up their warranty with me and done what they promised with yearly preemptive maintenance inspections. I have owned my Precision Door for about 10 years.

The technicians were professional and polite, the install was great. The clean up... very poor! Nails were left all over the driveway and garage from the replaced trim. Understand that sometimes things can be missed with the magnetic nail sweeper, but I found 18 nails, lag screws and all other hardware from the old door laying in the driveway and garage. Future customers check their work before they leave or you will get a flat tire!

I called Precision this morning and 30 minutes later Adam called and asked if he could come early, I said yes and 10 minutes later he drove up. Talked about the new opener I needed and after I agreed installed it and set the opener in my car to work. After I heard the unit I frankly couldn't believe how quiet it was. While looking to get a new garage door we came across their webpage. They do free estimates which was a plus. At that point in time we had only looked at Home Depot. After speaking with Jared (who was very friendly, informative, and not pushy, then also telling my husband before he came we are NOT getting a garage door today) we got a garage door. The pricing was actually cheaper that Home Depot and the warranty included more. They so far have been very easy to work with and look forward to getting everything done!
