Friday morning the garage door wouldn’t go up more than a few inches. Called to see about getting it repaired. Two hours later the technician arrived. Took a few minutes to find the problem. Took another fifteen minutes to give me a quote for repair which included four levels for repair. Very nice to have those options available. I chose the option that fit our needs. One hour later garage door was repaired. I was truly impressed that over a matter of a few hours the door was repaired. Technician was very professional and took all the time needed to explain all options to me. Do contact this company for your garage door needs!

Crazy expensive 2 spring replacement $750 My 60+ year old wooden grauge door had broken its spring, Kevin O'Hara was my tech that came and repaired it very quickly and cleaned up so well the only way I knew he was there was by my new springs. Response time was amazing too! Hr was there with in a very short time of me even calling

First off, I'm writing this for the company not the tech. Kevin did a great job, only took about 20min. With that being said, what an absolute rip off! First it was 75$ service charge for anyone to come out which is fine, I get that nothing is cheap these days. The tech came out and took a look at what needed to be done and said he'd be done in 15min! Awesome! He gets done and slaps me with a $365 bill! I said for what? The spring on my garage door came unwound and the cables needed to be replaced. That's it! Tells me that he doesn't make the prices. I told him if I had any idea I'd be charged almost $400 for a 15min job I'd have done it myself! What company just shows up, doesn't give you a quote and just does the work?? That's absolutely wild! Basically just forced me to pay money I didn't have! Naturally I call the company and was told they would reach out to management and management would reach out to the tech. After that I would hear back in a few minutes. I wait 25min and heard nothing so I called again. Now they're telling me that the last rep should have never told me that because no ones in the offices on Saturday and probably wouldn't hear from anyone until monday! WOW! Lesson learned, always ask for a quote before anyone does anything for you . I will never be using this company again and will for sure be telling at least everyone in my circle about the price gouging nonsense that is precision door service. 365$ for 15min of work?? I'm in the wrong business.

i emailed late pm last night when the spring broke on my daughters garage door. To my surprise Adam Meier responded at 8:15 pm!!!! I explained my daughter was handicapped and we needed to get this fixed A.S.A.P. He was very understanding and Brian called and texted to let me know he would be out at 10:00 am. !!! Brian came out, very professionally assessed the needs, gave me three choices and did a FANTASTIC JOB! Your super service is only surpassed by your wonderful communication! Thank You so much! Called when my garage door springs broke. Technician Bryan came that afternoon. He did the inspection, diagnosed the problem, gave me different options, and completed the work all within an hour and a half. Very good work. Good value. Very good experience all around.
