I contacted them because they had great ratings. I was able to get a same day appointment. Adam was great! He was done in less than 30 minutes and was super nice!. He replaced all my rollers, lubricated all my rollers, hinges, opener track and springs. And they had an online coupon that saved me $. Highly recommend. Much cheaper than other local repair providers.

I was beyond impressed by the entire experience with Precision's team. I was able to get a same day appointment which was great. Adam was the technician who came out and fixed the garage door opener. We needed this fixed as a groundhog chewed through the wires of the garage opener! Adam was very quick and efficient. Woke up this morning to a garage door that wouldn't open - broken spring. Called Precision at 9:00AM, got an appointment for 2:00 PM (same day), all the work was done by 3:00 PM (total rebuild - springs, pulleys, rollers, etc). Fast, efficient, friendly and very professional service. My technician today was Jared, and he was outstanding in every way. Thanks Precision for such a great company!

Great job on my garage door repair. The spring and cables broke this morning at 7:00 a.m.. I called Precision and George had the door repaired by 10:15 a.m.. Nobody wants an unexpected repair bill, but I can't find a single complaint about how I was treated or the repair done. Very professional all around!

Our service from Precision was excellent. Our service technician was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. We replaced our garage door a while ago and needed the rubber trim added, now that we have replaced the wood trim around our door. It was nice to have the professional come back and install it for us, to insure that it was done correctly.

Precision Door sells quality products and backs up what they sell. The recent visit here by their technician was simply to do any adjustments and lubrication that might help the door operate smoother and quieter. I have experienced no issues with my Precision Door. They have backed up their warranty with me and done what they promised with yearly preemptive maintenance inspections. I have owned my Precision Door for about 10 years.

1st...If it wasn't for a TV advertising spot and a competitor NOT being available on a Saturday to accept my call or have a live online rep ready to assist, I wouldn't have known about the company nor been as happy as I was. 2nd...Justin called 30-min before the appt to say he was coming and when I should expect him. I ALSO rec'd a text from the company confirming the same info (this is exceptional service). 3rd...Upon arrival, he understood what the issue was, explained my current options and their costs, agreed with me on making the most sensible decision at the time, discussed potential issues to monitor, gave several ball-park assessments of what it would cost to correct/replace items if issues persisted, and suggested I get an official appraisal IF the current fix didn't correct the issue AND a door replacement would be necessary. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service.
