The technician was professional, knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. He provided several options and explained each of them. I believe Precision takes advantage of their customers by not disclosing all their charges up front. That what happen to me, they told me they charge $250 and up for spring and service charge of 75.00 but added charges for lubrication 130.00 and spring reset for 145.00. One spring for $ 385.00. I would use another contractor instead.

Saw your commercial! Your technician came out and did what we needed. Put a new opener on one door and fixed the safety device on the other. Tyler Lung is our tech to deal with garage doors in the future for sure. Very knowledgeable with a great attitude, a pleasant man with everything in his truck to do what we needed done. Wanted someone that could come today. Called about 10:45 am. Was told they could have someone here between 12 and 2 pm. Got a call about 20 minutes later that if I was home, he'd be on his way. Had it fixed and gone before my 12 -2 pm appointment. The sensor lights were out. He showed me the problem before fixing and told me exactly what it was going to cost.

I choose Precision Doors, because I had dealt with them before. Brent came out determined the issue, gave 3 three recommendations & after we talked I decided to have the opener replaced. He not only replaced the opener but worked on my garage door. I don’t think either have worked so good before. I love the new opener.

I called Precision Door out to get a quote on repairing my garage door. I knew what the problem was so I looked up some online quotes to get a general idea on how much the fix would be. Everything I looked up was around $400. They sent out a tech and he quoted me over $800 to get it working and $1300 to fix it properly. I couldn’t afford that at the time so I just paid for the $75 for the quote. After he left I checked my bank account and he charged me $130. I have called them 3 times to get an answer on why I was charged more than the $75 but, each time they tell me the billing department will call me back. I have not received a call back yet. This is the 3rd time I’ve used Precision Door and have a positive experience on the first two. This 3rd time has not been a charm.
