Joey did a great fob, he replaced the broken spring and upgraded the second spring and the the pullies and wire and rollers, checked .his work by using two fingers to lift the door and close the door unhooked from the motor. Thanks Joey!

I called Precision late Thursday afternoon and spoke to a very friendly and efficient young lady who scheduled an appointment for noon - 4 o’clock on Friday. Joey showed up promptly at noon with a boatload of knowledge, all the parts he needed, and a big smile. He offered to replace only the springs, but showed us where when the previous homeowner replaced the garage door with a high quality door, the installer used substandard rollers, cables, etc. I’m glad he did. Since this will likely be our last home, we asked him to replace them all. Joey is an absolute asset to the company and a delight to deal with. I cannot recommend him or Precision Garage Door Service more highly.

Thank you! The service was very professional and helpful from the beginning. I called at 8am and had a professional installer arrive less than 4 hours later on the same day, the day after Christmas. The costs may seem more expensive but it's well worth it. Quality and professionalism providing quick and friendly service when you need it is well worth while. The door opener and drive belt was installed in about an hour. Thanks so much!

Called ahead to let me know he was 15 minutes out, text came through with his picture and bio, showed up on time, communicated spring replacement options thoroughly, and then knocked the job out in 20 minutes. I've used Precision Door Service on multiple occasions, always with excellent results. Today Joey A. installed two door openers for me. He did a great job, ensuring they both worked properly, including integration with MyQ home automation. He worked non-stop, though lunchtime, to complete the installation as quickly as possible. Afterwards, he made sure he left the place spotless, checking for screws and other debris that might have fallen on the floor. He also outlined the warranties and how to register the products. I was extremely pleased with his service.
