Precision provided *great* customer service. With same-day service, I received an email and a text message stating the details - which made me feel good about it. The technician that came was experienced, nice, and treated me with respect. He provided great service. He even texted me directly indicating when he would be here. Yet, everything was overpriced. All I needed was a replacement spring with possible additional preventive maintenance (which is good). Yet, I did not ask for him to replace the rollers (they did not need to be) and yet he replaced x10 rollers and charged me $150. Yes, these new rollers are better (nylon not aluminum), and yes, Precision Door does provide same-day service (which service should be more than average), but what they charged me was overpriced. Again, I did not ask him to replace the rollers, and he did not indicated that he was going to do this (and charge me), which I felt was a bit shady. Other than that, I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.

Excellent same day service! Travis was courteous, professional and called ahead to inform us of his arrival. We added new pulleys, cables, rollers, center bearings and both main springs to the original spring repair order because of his honesty and integrity. He explained everything including the warranty. Great work, got a repairman out here within a couple of hours of notice my torsion spring had broken! He was able to fix it and upgrade all moving parts. Before my door sounded like a cat screeching in a back alley every time I opened or closed it, now it's whisper quiet!

They installed new springs last month, door started having problems closing last week. The cables came of the reels. The door was stuck open and they could not come till next day. Then said was our fault, charged another $124 to fix. 3 year warranty is worthless. Springs were over priced to begin with. They told my wife there would be no charge to fix before they came out.

Same-day service for broken garage door spring, with my car trapped in the garage. Scheduled an appointment over the phone in the morning, scheduler very polite. Technician called ahead and ask if he could come early (yes!). Pleasant and efficient. Lubed door, replaced spring, noticed a broken hinge and replaced.

I had a garage door repair and was pleased with the short time period after I called that someone was here to do the repair. The serviceman was very polite and efficient and did an excellent job of getting my door back on track and adjusted back same as new after I backed my car out without the door going completely up. The person who took my call was very efficient in being able to get serviceman out earlier than originally scheduled.
