My garage door had not worked for over 6wks. I finely saw a video that explained that every time your door was serviced, the technician wood to a check on all parts of your door. Sounded good to me. Zack was there on time and very honest. Told me it was just the eye part (my words) needed adjusted. That was it. I couldn't believe that wad it.

I replaced our broken garage door opener, but realized the door needed attention. Jeff came to our home to correct our garage door so it closes properly. He recommended the 23+ year old spring get replaced and our ancient door rollers. I researched what different materials are used by various garage door companies. Precision Garage Door uses powder coated springs and they're rated for 28,000 cycles. The rollers are lifetime lubricated and are extremely quiet. Jeff finished the job by spraying the hinges with a lubricant. The result of his 1hr job is the garage door closes and opens quieter than the new belt drive opener I installed! Outstanding work!

I called for a garage door "check-up" and was truly surprised that they could send a technician to my home within the hour. Stellar customer service was the reason why I purchased my garage door from Precision and they once again demonstrated that customer service remains their top priority. Once the appointment had been made, they sent me a photograph of the responding technician, who also called me and provided an exact time of his expected arrival. The tech arrived when he said he would and thoroughly checked my door, making a just a few minor adjustments to ensure the continued smooth operation. My Precision experience was absolutely amazing!

Precision Door Service contacted me by text and phone to let me know they would arrive in a half hour. Service repairman, Jeff, arrived as stated. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the rollers greased the track and adjusted the tension. He did NOT try to have me purchase a new opener - in fact he stated that I had a good one. Technician (Jeff H.) was at my house approx 1.5hrs after I called. Torsion springs, pulleys, and rollers were replaced in less than an hour. Everything is back in working order and the work and parts seem top notch. Reasonable pricing as well.

The Service Gentleman Jeff, came the same day the service call was placed. Jeff, infact called 30mins prior to estimated arrival time and waited for me as I was running late. As a new home owner I was a bit worried when my rollers came a bit off track because i backed my car into the garage door. Jeff walked in with a big smile and reassured me it wasn’t a big problem at all.
