My Garage door spring failed during a late Saturday evening with a loud bang, with both personal vehicles now trapped in the closed garage. My online search efforts located your online website with the popup chat and I took the chance considering the late hour to enter my issue and was impressed by an immediate response from Rachel. I was informed the 1st available appointment would be Monday 8 - 10 AM and provided an estimated cost for the torsion spring replacement to include the service call fee. The appointment was confirmed via email and text messages. Early Monday morning I received a phone call from Brian Payne, the Service Technician, to inform me he was on his way for the appointment. Brian arrived shortly after 8 AM, was very courteous and professional. He quickly assessed the issue and proposed minimal repair options vs costly long term door replacement considerations. Based on his assessment I opted for the minimal repair, removal and replacement of the broken spring. Brian's quick installation of the new spring to include inspection of parts and door alignment demonstrated his keen attention to detail and experience. At my request, Brian provided me with a future garage door replacement cost estimate. I plan to keep Precision Door Service in my contacts.

I called Precision Door when I discovered my garage door would not open and saw their 5 star rating. An appointment was scheduled for the very next day. I received a text message with an introduction to my tech when he was enroute. Brian even called to see if it was ok if he arrived earlier than the scheduled time. Thanks to Brian Payne of Precision Door Service for the quality of work done to install a new belt drive garage door opener and springs! Brian did an inspection of my current door opener and gave me several options, to fix what I currently had or to install new hardware. The price was very reasonable, so I opted to replace my aging opener and springs. In about an hour the job was done. I was amazed at how quiet the belt drive opener was compared to my old one. Precision is a top notch organization and I highly recommend them!

I was a little bit worried about the repair price, but don’t let that steer you away because the quality of parts, labor and warranty more than rationalize it. We had Brian out to fix out torsion spring; he was very knowledgeable, kind and very quick on swapping out parts during installation. Would recommend if you want the best product and installation.

I wanted to stay away from “Angi List” supported services and I wanted a 4+ star rating and Precision Door was first on the list. They were able to schedule an immediate appointment. Brian called 1/2 hour before the promised appointment window to say he was on the way. He was professional, personable and helpful. I was facing a time constraint which put the ordering/delivery/installation in jeopardy. Brian reached out to his manager who was able to look locate the item needed and Brian was able to schedule a satisfactory installation timeframe.
