My name is Jimmy Brown. I rate my experience at 5 stars. My door had a broken spring & i wanted to use Precision Door, based off of reviews & my own research. The tech.,Alex Henderson arrived & assessed my problem. He then inspected my door & told me the condition of the rest of the parts. My door is the original, 24 years old including the hardware. He said he would give me an estimate to replace the old parts. There was no pressure at all for me to replace them. He said it was up to me what i wanted replaced. I chose to have them replaced. Everything was expertly installed & adjusted, including explanation of what was done. I highly recommend this young man & Precision Door for your garage door needs!

I came home from work on Monday night and the garage door would not open. Needless to say it was a problem that needed addressed quickly. So I went on the website and booked an appointment for Tuesday morning. Alex showed up right on time and showed me the problem and what needed to be done to have it fixed. He was very professional and I appreciated the way he explained it to me. We had a working Garage Door less than 24 hours later. I would highly recommend.

Alex did a great job finishing up a replacement opener install I could not finish. Apparently a lot of my internal wall wiring was not OK, so Alex ran all new wiring. Fair Price. Quick Turnaround. Same day service. All good. Highly Recommended

Fantastic service. Called on Monday morning at 9:00 am to see about getting a quote for new garage door opener. 10:30 they had a technician at my house. Alex the installer was super professional, explained everything really well and provided me multiple options. Needless to say they installed a new opener along with a complete torsion system and my garage door is working absolutely perfect along with all the new technology available for smart garage doors! Would highly recommend!!!

I was very aggravated with them. I called and asked them for a ballpark price on a 7 ft by 16 ft garage door. I asked for the least expensive door installed was and was told about $1,450. So I made an appointment for them to come and look at the door and give me the final price. They gave me a 4-Hour window which they showed up 30 minutes late for. Then the salesman went on to tell me that the door was going to be 2,800 not the 1450. When I asked him why it was so much more he told me that the people answering the phones don't really know what's going on. So I called another Door Company, they told me about $1,500 and when they came out to look at it, it was $1,500! What a crazy concept! Doing what you say! Precision door company wasted my time, they're overpriced and don't seem to know what they are doing. My suggestion is don't deal with them.

I appreciate the quick service and repair although it was more costly than anticipated. The tech Alex Henderson arrived within an hour after I called. The company who installed the door couldn’t repair until Tuesday. We couldn’t have waited that long as Alex pointed out that not only had the spring broken but the cables to balance the door had snapped, the bar connecting the door to the opener was bent and a support bracket had been bent and pulled out of the wall. The double door had been installed with only 1 spring rather than the normal 2 springs to carry the load. No wonder it snapped! We are happy with the quick response and repair. If you use this company be prepared to pay with a check or cash. They discourage use of a credit card because of the 3% vendors fee.

Alex repaired the springs on our garage door. My experience from making my appointment to the finished repair went flawlessly. Alex was knowledgeable, efficient, and did not even seem to mind me asking questions while I watched him work. He explained the difference between the choices of springs and rollers. I called Precision Door to discuss my issue and they advised a serviceman would be available later in the afternoon to evaluate the problem, quote a price and repair, all at the same time should I choose. I received a text advising a serviceman was on the way, two hours sooner than originally told and 45 minutes later the garage door worked like a brand new install. The spring had broken and the technician, Alex Henderson, was very nice, explained what needed to be done advising the job would take approximately 30 minutes. His timing was right on! I felt the rates quoted was fair considering I knew nothing about what was being done and after watching him labor at the task, I was most pleased with my decision to use Precision Door. I would highly recommend this business and Alex is absolutely a credit to this firm.
