I am a repeat customer of this business. Today, they came to re-program my door opener keypad and synch it with the motors. While they were at my home, I asked them to do general maintenance (lube, adjustments, etc.). I am pleased with their work! I called for an appointment on Sunday. They were at my house Monday, a little early relative to the 4-hour window I was given. No waiting! They were VERY efficient and professional with the task of the keypad reconnection. Tuned the doors up nicely too. The technicians were very courteous and professional. I'll use this business again should the need arise!

Awesome same day service! Reached out with an online inquiry at 2PM to see about servicing my broken garage door spring and shortly thereafter I had Alex the technician arrive at my home at 3:15PM. Alex replaced both springs and was done by 4PM. I will definitely keep Precision garage door service in mind for any of my garage door needs moving forward.

The gentleman that answered was very polite and listened to my trouble. He scheduled Alex out to my house between 10 & 2 today and received a call when he was on the way. My name is Jimmy Brown. I rate my experience at 5 stars. My door had a broken spring & i wanted to use Precision Door, based off of reviews & my own research. The tech.,Alex Henderson arrived & assessed my problem. He then inspected my door & told me the condition of the rest of the parts. My door is the original, 24 years old including the hardware. He said he would give me an estimate to replace the old parts. There was no pressure at all for me to replace them. He said it was up to me what i wanted replaced. I chose to have them replaced. Everything was expertly installed & adjusted, including explanation of what was done. I highly recommend this young man & Precision Door for your garage door needs!

I came home from work on Monday night and the garage door would not open. Needless to say it was a problem that needed addressed quickly. So I went on the website and booked an appointment for Tuesday morning. Alex showed up right on time and showed me the problem and what needed to be done to have it fixed. Alex did a great job finishing up a replacement opener install I could not finish. Apparently a lot of my internal wall wiring was not OK, so Alex ran all new wiring. Fair Price. Quick Turnaround. Same day service. All good. Highly Recommended

Fantastic service. Called on Monday morning at 9:00 am to see about getting a quote for new garage door opener. 10:30 they had a technician at my house. Alex the installer was super professional, explained everything really well and provided me multiple options. Needless to say they installed a new opener along with a complete torsion system and my garage door is working absolutely perfect along with all the new technology available for smart garage doors! Would highly recommend!!!
