Always a great experience with Precision. I first used them 7 years ago on our new house for some minor adjustments. Recently I had to replace the opener. It was done quickly and the service person was professional. They’ve also replaced my mother’s opener. She was extremely happy with the service. The prices are reasonable and every one I have spoken to has been friendly and professional. I won’t use another company.

The technician, Adam, was extremely thorough in describing both what was wrong with our builder-installed garage door mechanism and what was needed to fix it. He worked quickly and efficiently, and even checked and serviced the rest of the door to ensure there were no other problems lurking. The price was comparable to others I researched, but the lifetime warranty was what secured my business. An A#1 company that sets the standard for competitors.

Though I wasn't here to meet the service gentlemen , my wife was and said they were VERY nice and we sure appreciate the repairs they performed. It was VERY aggravating that the door died and had no movement for a few days.However when I returned from work today it worked fabulously as it had for 5 to 10 years previously. Garage door went out on us on Sunday 7/29. Door was stuck half up half down, and we could not get our cars out. I called the Precision Door service number, explained my situation and requested service ASAP due to the situation. A service call was scheduled for Mon 7/30 in the noon-2:00 pm time slot. A service rep (Jeff) came out between 9 & 10 am and had the repair completed within an hour. Excellent service and kudos to Jeff!

Everything that was told to me while setting up the appointment was the truth. No surprises except how quickly our springs were replaced. I try to do alot around the house on my own, but have heard and seen many struggles with spring replacement. I'm glad I chose Precision to fix my garage quickly and correctly.

Adam just replaced two garage door springs for us. Originally we just needed the one that broke, but he noticed the other was about to go as well so he saved us a headache and an additional service call and fixed them both. Fast response, technician arrived before his scheduled time slot which I appreciated. The service technician had all of the parts available in his van to complete my repairs at that service call. Technician was clear spoken about the work that he recommended be completed and when we agreed upon the services, his work was fast, efficient and thorough he cleaned up all of his messes. He was also extremely friendly and professional. I also appreciated the added value of a text prior to his arrival with a photograph of him and a short description about him. Prices, I felt, were a fair value. I am extremely satisfied with the service we received.
