I am very pleased with the service provided by Precision. The technician, Zach, was on time, very professional, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciate that he didn't mind my curiosity. I had no idea about the importance of the spring and cables on the garage door! I'll definitely use Precision again.

This was the fastest, most excellent service job we have ever received. I requested a quote around 6:30 am for our garage door. I received a response shortly after they opened at 8:00 am. Within 3 hours of that call, my broken garage door was fully operational!. The technician was professional, polite and efficient. I am an immediate fan of Precision Garage Door and highly recommend them.

This company and its service reps are very professional and courteous. The process was quick, accurate and to the point. Service rep, Travis came out to complete what I thought was going to be only an assessment. He ended up repairing the door on the spot! What a pleasant surprise.

Adam arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation and recommended I add second coil spring as the door as originally equipped only had a single spring ( it is a double door). I agreed and he completed the repair in about 15 minutes. Door now operates much more smoothly than before the repair. He was courteous and friendly. I could ask for nothing more!!

Zach did repairs on my garage door that was 15+ years. Zach never pressured me in any purchase or repairs. Gave me options so that I could choose what was best for me. I'm disappointed in how the phone scheduling person at Precision failed to pass crucial information along to the service technician. I knew the exact part # of the Genie part to be replaced. I gave it to scheduler, and tech shows up without needed part. End result, I wasted my afternoon and valuable work time. When I called to complain, customer service rep had a lot of excuses, but little as far as apology. So, I immediately called & scheduled another company.
