Precision being available 24/7 was incredibly convenient when our garage door spring broke at 9 pm. I was able to immediately call and schedule an appointment for the next day. Matthew was our technician. He came out for a spring repair and found several other issues with our very old door. He was very knowledgeable and patient while he talked me through my options. I decided to order a new door. He ordered the door I wanted and came back out to install it once it arrived. The Precision team was very helpful, easy to contact, and had great communication - including a text to my phone with a picture of the technician I should expect to arrive and a call ~15 mins before they arrived. We were impressed with what we read online before we called. Our call for an estimate was met within an hour by Adam. We were updated about who was coming and what their ETA was throughout the process. Adam explained everything thoroughly and why precision door was different. Quick service and professionally completed. Had a broken spring on a 16 x 7 garage door. Due to the age of the door and hardware, it was agreed that an overhaul was in order. Original door only had one spring and it was explained to me that a door this size required two. No problem. The work was completed in short order and all is well. Technician was Matthew Roberts.
