Adam installed two springs, new rollers, and new hardware on my garage door. Adam came out on two occasions to help me with my garage door. The first time he advised me that I just needed a newer opener. He gave me great advice on what opener I should get and some of the points that I should be looking for. The second time I installed the opener but I couldn’t get it to work. Adam came out again and in two minutes solved my problem. He’s been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and has been very helpful. My garage door works great and I have no questions about operating it or resetting it. I will definitely be looking for Adam in the future if I have any more garage door issues or questions.

Nothing but good things to say about this company. Our spring broke at 9pm at night on a Sunday and we called to schedule a next day service repair and the gentleman on the phone was so polite and helpful. Called Precision to fix our broken springs in 2014. They arrived same day to install new springs on both sides. I was told the springs were the last springs I would have to buy. 5 Years later, we had a failure. Without any issues, Precision came out replaced both springs and I only had the service call to pay for. Wow, I was prepared for disappointment and it was definitely not the case. Precision stood by their product and apologized that they failed sooner than their expected life. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

I am thrilled to write a review on Precision Door Service. I travel a lot for work and was planning a trip on Wednesday, and our door spring broke Monday evening. Tuesday morning I called Precision to schedule a time, expecting to be scheduled in a day or two. I just did not have a day or two to wait, the door is heavy and my wife could not open the door on her own. At first Jessica, scheduled me for the next morning, but since I was traveling, she asked me to hold on the phone. Within 45 minutes, Adam was available to fix our door. It truly was Precision timing, (pun intended), Adam was professional and quick to get to work. I am extremely appreciative for their extra effort to squeeze me into their busy schedule. Our Garage door came off the hinges around 1:00 PM on a Thursday. They were able to get a technician here around 2:00 PM and by 3:10 PM he had replaced all the rollers and the spring! Now the door is VERY quiet and works great! They are super to deal with!

It was an old, loud garage door opener that was installed when the house was built in the 80’s. He installed a new Door opener and a new key Padua under an hour, hour. Clean efficient and nice. I am so impressed with the professionalism and promptness of this business. I found them through Home Advisor and within an hour they contacted me. It was a Friday and on Monday they were in my garage telling me what they offered. Less than 45 minutes later I had a new garage door opener, 2 remotes with the batteries installed, a button at the inside door, added sensors AND he had installed a new keypad on the outside. He stayed while I programmed the keypad code and left me with instructions on the mobile app for my phone. He cleaned up after himself too. The Lift Master opener is so much quieter than our old system. I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

As usual, my torsion spring sent no notice of its impending failure. You were recommended thru Angie's List. I called direct to your office and an appointment was arranged for the next morning. The technician (Adam) called ahead, right on time, to confirm his arrival time. Adam was pleasant, polite, and personable. He obviously knew his job well and began without delay. The old springs were removed and 2 new 2 x 250 x 32" springs were installed and the lift force adjusted. He was in and out in little more than 30 minutes. It would be a true delight if all service companies, and their personnel were as knowledgeable, efficient, and professional as Precision and, of course, Adam. Thanks!

I chose Precision because of the online reviews and the A+ BBB rating. The appointment was made quickly - I called on Friday and my appointment was for Tuesday morning. I had a bent track repaired and a new garage door opener installed by Adam. My appt. was for between 10-12. Adam called around 10ish and said he would be there in about 30 min. Then I received an email showing me Adam's photo - that was nice - I knew who to expect. He arrived in about 20 min., looked at the door, opener and tracks, told me my garage door opener was about 30 years old and he would try to fix the track. He quoted a price. I told him to go ahead. I went inside the house and less than an hour later he called and said it was all done. He offered to put light bulbs in if I could bring them out, and that got done too. He told me how the remote and keypad worked and made sure I got my password programmed. Adam was very nice, helpful and quick. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision for anyone who needs service for their garage door. Thanks!
