Sub-standard workmanship. Mounting lag screws shot at 30 degree angle, only threads on one side of the screw touch wood. I am embarrassed to pay for the installation of an opener by this company.

At my request, he also provided quotes for three different options for a much-needed new garage door. To top it all off, he called over an hour before my appointment window, offering to arrive early, which was much more convenient for me. His professionalism and efficiency were impressive. He also noticed a lot of other potential hazards with our old garage door, so he recommended several preventative maintenance options.
