When you select/hire a company to perform work you never know who is coming and what kind of person they are. My technician was Alex. He explained the problem and what needed replaced. He presented a number of choices. I selected mine and he got to work. He was done quickly and seemed very professional. I would hire them again.

My positive experience began with my initial call to ask if the replacement of the door seal originally installed in 2021 was covered under warranty. The customer service representative offered to have a tech take a look at it. She waived the service call. The service tech was very personable. He called to see if I wanted him to arrive earlier than the appointment time. We agreed on a favorable time. Tyler arrived on time. He was thorough and professional. He made the agreed upon servicing and repairs very efficiently. He deserved the 5 star review.

Precision exceeded my expectations. The website made it easy to schedule my service call, I received email and text confirmations of the booking, the technician called before he arrived, and I received a confirmation text with the technician's name and picture. Once he arrived, the technician was pleasant to deal with, he was knowledgeable, and he did not pressure me with up charges.
