I called for an appointment on New Years Eve. Was pleasantly surprised that the phone was answered. An appointment was made for January 2, a Saturday. The technician arrived in the time frame I was given. The opener was checked, and options were presented we decided to replace the opener. The service was performed within an hour. We are pleased with our new opener and very satisfied with the service and response.

Thank you to Precision Door for PROMPTLY coming to repair ga our rage garage door, today. A garage door broken spring was not part of our agenda, this morning, but apparently service and service asap is your agenda. Our garage door opens and closes with no hitches now. Originally, our emergency appointment was scheduled from 4-6 today, but the technician finished his client early, called me, to say he could come now, and before 2, not only was the knowlegeable technician here, but the repair job was completed efficiently. The technician was friendly and informative. All this service from beginning phone call to service completion was beyond our expectation.

If you want HONESTY no worries when have no clue about the items needed repaired- then see Precision. DO NOT pay for things that do not need done, saved me hundreds today with their honesty. Garage door system is 12yrs old, stopped working, I was clueless. Ended up just needed re-set on the main box and they did it without a charge. rarely in our times do you see people first and genuine integrity in businesses. get it right and get it honest the first time-

I think I chose Precision because of nearby location and reviews. Door was a little noisy going down from the initial install date but I falsely attributed it to its being a non-insulated door, After about 6 months, the noise became noticeably louder. Thinking it was still under a 1-year warranty, I called for service. A technician by the name of Jerrod (sic?) arrived and proceded to rectify the noise problem in a matter of minutes. He told me that normally there would be a charge for his service but used what he called his "technician's discount" because the install person didn't explain the warranty properly. This type of customer service is rare in todays market and is successful in creating and keeping a lifelong customer. Kudos to both Precision and Jerrod! Ron Forsee Centerville

Based on recommendations from Home Advisor and reviews, I chose Precision Door Service over others and I'm glad I did. On Wednesday I had them out for an estimate and by Saturday Tyler was at my house with the new garage door and opener. The installation could not have gone any better. Tyler was knowledgeable, hard working and pleasant to deal with. The door looks great, and opens and closes so smoothly and quietly when compared to my old door. Nice experience all the way around and while I hope to not replace my door again for many years to come, I would do it all over again. Well done Precision Door Service. Cheers!

Eighteen months ago I had a service technician from Precision tell me parts are hard to come by for my 30 year old opener but a temporary fix could be costly and short term. When he quoted me price for new unit and installation. I jumped at it. Thirty-two minutes later and he was backing down my drive and I was smiling. Today I needed service and the very same technician was at my garage stain! That says a lot, shows they have a happy well qualified tech. The fix was simple and he was amazed that I had this old garage door and he had not seen one in years. He explained the newer technology that stronger and better insulated for sound and temperature. When he told me the price. I was stunned and asked about windows in the door. He recommended windows with grids to match my homes windows. How much is that? I was stunned, said let's do it! I am so excited, can hardly wait for my neighbors to wonder where I am getting my money from! Hahaha! Thanks Adam!

I completed a review on Saturday before I reviewed my invoice which provided a breakdown of what the technician stated he did. The technician stated he cheched all remotes tto make sure they were all in good working conditiion which he did not, because they were in our vehicles. He also stated he checked the keypad which he did not because he did not have the code to verify if it worked or not and he also did not check the sensors that he stated he did. I am very disappointed in this company.

Jerad arrived promptly at the designated time and surveyed the situation pertaining to my broken garage door spring. He gave me an up-front estimate that included everything he'd be doing to make the repairs, plus the suggested upgrades to springs, rails, rollers, etc. It took him only approximately 90 minutes to complete the work; including removal of all old materials, and cleanup. Kudos Jerad. Job well-done!
