We used Precision in the past for an emergency and we were very pleased with the great service they provided. They were in and out in the designated time and we have not had any issues with what previously transpired. Jason the owner was here this time and we received a photo of him prior to the visit we knew who to expect. Great company! I would recommend to friends and family.

We had chosen to try Precision Door when we had one of our garage doors breakdown a couple years ago. We decided to try them again since they were very helpful, especially since it was during a harsh winter. We called Precision again, and we lucky that we got Mr O'Hara who was quick and efficient. I would recommend Precision / Mr O'Hara to anyone.

Best garage door service we have ever. There may be others as good but none better and we have lived in 12 homes around the country. Professional, thorough, and honest evaluation of your problems. Where possible they will give you different price options based on your budget. Communication is excellent from the home staff to the repairman who shows up at your door. If you need a new door or just service on your existing door, Precision should be your first call. Thanks Brian, you are the best!! -------------------------------------------------------------------

We have used your company before and were pleased with the work done last time. This time you sent Brian to take care of our broken spring problem. He did a great job in a timely manner. Brian was very courteous and I could see that this wasn't his first time taking care of this kind of situation. He was very helpful in explaining a couple things about my doors. ( If you want to give Brian another day of vacation, that's alright with me). Thank you

I was very impressed with the service we received from Precision Overhead garage Door Service. On the morning of my scheduled appointment time, I both received a text message as well as a call from the service technician, Brian Payne. I thought texting me a picture of him along with some of his background information was very nice touch. Upon his arrival he was very professional, courteous, informative, friendly, and very engaging. He gave me a great impression and confirmed why Precision has continued to be my go to company for our garage door issues. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our door and had it fixed within less than an hour.
