I had used Precision before so called back. I was very pleased with Austin. HE called before arriving. HE was very knowledgeable ,helpful a d friendly. I didn,t realize my garage door lock was still workable with the system I have,so he put in a new battery and helped me set the code for it. HE also attached my garage door control more securely.The door had been lopsided from an incident years ago and he also helped even that. Plus all the work he did getting the door to close!, I,m very happy with everything

I have to give you and your team 5 stars. I called another installation company and they stood me up twice. I called Precision, and you gave me a time and the installer was here on time and called ahead. A really nice guy, Jarrod, I think was his name came and was very personable and helpful. He explained what was wrong with my door and it was just old. I asked him to install a new one and he did a great job especially in this frigged weather. Really liked how courteous, knowledgeable, and professional the techs were that worked on the door. They made sure the door and all the parts were working great and explained what they were doing. Everyone I talked to from the time I sent the email for an appointment to the finished job was very helpful and friendly. Great job!

I had previously dealt with one of your competitors for 32 years. When I called them to schedule the installation of a new door opener, the person with whom I spoke seemed cold, distant and uninterested in helping me. I then did an online search which led me to Precision Door. I was very impressed with the number of positive comments and reviews. I called, made an appointment for service and the rest, as they say, is history. I was given a 2 hour time window for the arrival of the technician. Kevin arrived at the promised time and went straight to work. He was most efficient and professional and I consider it a privilege to have had the opportunity to meet and speak with him. Kevin (and Precision Door) will definitely be my first - and only - call for any future overhead door needs. Wishing you continued success and keep up the excellent work!
