Really liked how courteous, knowledgeable, and professional the techs were that worked on the door. They made sure the door and all the parts were working great and explained what they were doing. Everyone I talked to from the time I sent the email for an appointment to the finished job was very helpful and friendly. Great job!

I had previously dealt with one of your competitors for 32 years. When I called them to schedule the installation of a new door opener, the person with whom I spoke seemed cold, distant and uninterested in helping me. I then did an online search which led me to Precision Door. I was very impressed with the number of positive comments and reviews. I called, made an appointment for service and the rest, as they say, is history. I was given a 2 hour time window for the arrival of the technician. Kevin arrived at the promised time and went straight to work. He was most efficient and professional and I consider it a privilege to have had the opportunity to meet and speak with him. Kevin (and Precision Door) will definitely be my first - and only - call for any future overhead door needs. Wishing you continued success and keep up the excellent work!

my garage door spring broke first thing this morning I was so worrried how I was going to get it fixed , I called Precision Door Service at 7am by 11am my door had a new spring put in it and is good as new . Thank you for your quick and friendly service

My spring broke in the morning, called and had an appointment that very day. Brandon did an inspection of both garage doors and then installed my new spring. I was able to use the door again within a half hour. Very pleased.

I am impressed! Staff was flexible with scheduling and prompt in arrival! The repair was done quickly. Another issue was discovered that I had attributed to the broken spring, when in fact it was the safety eyes.
