Top notch! They came out Wednesday to look at my garage door and worked around my schedule. The repair man came out said I needed a new garage door (did not push me into purchasing one like some). Saturday they came out and installed the garage door. The installer was friendly, on time, had knowledge of the product, and professional. It only took him an hour and a half to install the garage door. It was even his scheduled day off! I would recommend Precision to anyone. An outstanding job! Thank You

I was very disappointed with the technician who visited on September 25,2015. He done no adjustment or checks of the door operation. He only lubricated the rollers. This quieted down the operation for a few days and than it was right back to where it was before the visit on 9/25. When I called on October 16th and talked to you, you said you would have a technician between 1:30 and 3:30 the same day. The technician arrived at 1:30. He had to adjust the springs, lubricated the opener track and discovered what was creating the noise problem, which he corrected. The garage door opens great now. This technician knew what he was doing and definitely satisfied my displeasure of the first technician who done nothing to correct the problem. Thanks to you and your company, I will continue to use your services when needed.

Called your office today at 11:30 AM to see about getting service on our garage door. An hour later your guy (Brandon) was pulling in the driveway. He accessed the door, found the problem and had the door working within an hour. The door was out of adjustment and also needed new cables and rollers. The work was preformed quickly and the door now works smoothly and much quieter. Good job, Thanks for the prompt Service.

Timing was a problem. The gentleman who gave me the estimate on Tuesday said someone would be at the house around 9 on Friday. I called at 9:45 and the lady answering the phone said my window was 10-12. Technician arrived at 1:30. Checked at 3:20 and he said another 30-40 minutes. My husband got home at 5-5:30 and he was still tinkering with the door. We were supposed to leave for the weekend in the afternoon. Had to cancel our dinner plans. Didn't get to leave for my parents' house (4 hour drive) until 5:30. Technician was nice and friendly. Apologized for the delay.

Precision Door is great and we request Kevin every time. The only reason I rated this a 3 is because I made an appt. and was told they would arrive between 9-11. I called at 1130 because they hadn't shown and they forgot to schedule me. Kevin did show up at 230 and they got to us as fast as they could. It just wasted 2 1/2 hours of my only day off.
