Requested an appointment to get an estimate on a new garage door and opener. They were able to set up an appointment that was convenient for us. John called before he came to make sure we were home and he arrived promptly at the appointment time. He was very thorough about explaining the products they carry and made good recommendations. Their price was comparable to the big box stores. We decided to purchase a new door and opener from Precision and they will install it within two days. That is excellent service!

Kevin was so courteous and so fast! I was extremely impressed with the quickness of the quote to installation - 2 days! And then, when he came to install, called before he arrived and was done just in time for my appointment - just at 2 hours to complete. The door looks and sounds great! It's a perfect match for my house and I am excited to see how it behaves this summer to keep it cool in the garage! I was also impressed that John (owner) came out to do the initial quote - definitely know he's invested in his company and also checked in on installation day to verify he had the order accurate and ready to go. My wife and I are so happy we chose you guys to replace our garage door. I called asking for an estimate over the phone to fix my old door. John told me he would be at my house within 15 minutes to give me a free estimate. I had 4 other companies offer to come out as well, but for $75-$100.
