We called Precision to have the springs replaced on our garage door and we were very happy we did. They came out in one day and fixed the whole thing in 1/2 hour. We were pleased they texted a picture of the technician who would be arriving at our home to fix the problem. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We were able to take advantage of their senior discount. Truly recommend this fine company to all!

I was very pleased with the garage door repair. Jason came same day. He was both friendly and professional. I believe our garage door is repaired for now although it is an old door so time will tell. I really liked it that I was sent a photo of Jason before he arrived. I was notified when he was on his way and upon his arrival.
