Isaiah was AMAZING! Garage door looked old & worn & needed multiple things fixed. I did not expect to have our door fixed so quickly. We moved into our home Friday & was told that garage door needed fixed. He showed up today, extremely kind & not pushy to try and make a sale. Showed every possible detail & what needed to be fixed & explained thoroughly. After agreed upon got right to work & finished fairly quick. Josh from Precision Door Service of Dayton was able to fix my garage door in less than 2 hours. The torsion spring broke which also broke the cables, so my door was not going anywhere, with my car stuck inside. He replaced all the hardware and now it's operating and running smoother and quieter than ever. He was a pleasure to speak with and was very knowledgeable and professional.

Josh was awesome, not only was he on time but actually 15 mins early. He was at my house in less than 12 hours from me calling them late at night (10:30PM). He had me all fixed within a short amount of time and explained the different replacement options. He was real honest and not trying to upsell me parts that “could” use replacement. Problem was fixed and he was in his way.

My garage door wouldn’t open and I figured it was a problem with my remote. I called Precision Garage Door Service and the representative was polite and scheduled me to be seen that day. I received a text ahead of time with the name and picture of the technician so I would recognize him, and he called to say when he would arrive. When Josh showed up he was very polite and quickly diagnosed the problem, taking the time to explain everything he saw. He walked me through all of my options for repairs including pros and cons, gave me his recommendations and then let me decide without any pressure whatsoever. After I made my choices he immediately started work, and was done quickly considering the scope of the job. I’m pleased with the result and his professionalism.
