I contacted Precision because I saw your ad on a commercial. George S came out to the property I am going to rent out - The garage door opener was beeping and indicated the battery needed to be changed, the remote controls needed to be reprogrammed and the lights were not working. He was great (5)! He changed the battery, reprogrammed the remotes and He did everything He could to get the lights to work they wouldn't so I we talked about some alternate options because the opener otherwise works fine. Thank You.

Jared the field technician was very knowledgeable and arrived on time with a courtesy call. He explained me the issue , gave me options to fix /service with clear communication. Garage door spring was replaced and it took less than hour to fix it. 5 starts for his service.

My technician gave me options, but did use a lot oil and my floor is covered in it. There are dirty finger printson my door, so he didn't clean up afterwards. But the new spring works great
