We had an issue with the sensors for our Liftmaster garage door opener. Made an online appointment and less than two hours later a service technician was at our door. The technician, Isaiah, was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He did a wonderful job! We were very impressed with the quick response and top notch service we received.

My garage door wouldn’t open and I figured it was a problem with my remote. I called Precision Garage Door Service and the representative was polite and scheduled me to be seen that day. I received a text ahead of time with the name and picture of the technician so I would recognize him, and he called to say when he would arrive. When Josh showed up he was very polite and quickly diagnosed the problem, taking the time to explain everything he saw. He walked me through all of my options for repairs including pros and cons, gave me his recommendations and then let me decide without any pressure whatsoever. After I made my choices he immediately started work, and was done quickly considering the scope of the job. I’m pleased with the result and his professionalism.

Joey was fantastic to work with and so were the rest of the team that we spoke with over the phone. They were out within 24 hours, repaired the garage door within 2 hours (completely overhauled the door west parts and installed new sensors). 8 year parts warranty. Couldn’t ask for better service. Fantastic service. Called on Monday morning at 9:00 am to see about getting a quote for new garage door opener. 10:30 they had a technician at my house. Alex the installer was super professional, explained everything really well and provided me multiple options.
