I initially schedules a repair appointment, the tech was very helpful & explained why the doors were in poor condition. He gave me an estimate for a replacement of the doors & openers. They were able to come within a couple of days, and the new doors are great!

My experience was great! Getting into winter, I need to be able to park my vehicle in my garage and was disappointed when my opener decided to stop working. I called, and service was scheduled quickly. I got notifications, and reminders by text and by email. My tech, Cody, came on time, and was so kind and professional! He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and offered me all available options. Within an hour, I had a new opener, and he even helped me program the button in my car to operate it. He completely went above and beyond and made a big problem, now in hindsight, just a minor inconvenience. Thanks Cody & Precision Garage Door Service!

I have used Precision since 2017. I have been pleased; beginning with the initial phone call to request service. I love the same day service as well as expertise of the technicians. I picked this company because I have a Liftmaster door opener. The repairman was friendly and answered all the questions I had. The work was done quickly with no problems. He did the work with no pressure to do more than I could afford that fixed the problem. I can finish other work later without sacrificing quality. I would recommend others to use this business.

Website says they can replace springs, my Estimate was over $1800.00 to replace the Whole spring system with updated style and all new brackets and rollers.

Our spring broke on a Sunday and we looked online for repair servicees with high customer satisfaction ratings. We chose Precision and are glad we did. Isaiah showed up early in the window of appointment times, introduced himself and explained what components of the garage door system he would be inspecting. A short time later, he had a proposed estimate which included several parts in addition to the spring. He showed me the wear of these parts and recommended replacement-he was not pushy but explained that with worn parts, we could expect further complications down the road. I agreed to replace some hinges and rollers and drums. He said he would complete the work in no more than 90 minutes. He completed the repairs in about 45 minutes and demonstrated how they check themselves for the thoroughness of the repair. The garage door operates smoother and quieter than it ever has (even when the new door was first installed). I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing garage door services.

He was very professional and talked me through all of my options in layman terms never talking over my head. There was no pressure for any of the services. Isaiah Gibbs, our Precision Door Specialist is worth far more than 5 Stars. He did an excellent job of explaining our situation and leading us to think in common sense terms in a course of action. Our situation centered around an aged garage door hardware that was in terrible need of replacement (our thoughts prior to his arrival). He re-enforced our thinking by showing us (in detail) areas that we suspected needing replacement and why. Once we made the decision to proceed, the obstacles he faced from our aged garage door and it's hardware were a challenge, but he handled it very well. A great guy who I recommend very highly.

Your comany installed a new garage door in 2023... A spring broke. The warranty was expired and I still had to pay 260.00 to have it replaced. I think that is ridiculous for a 2 year old door.
