Best garage door service we have ever. There may be others as good but none better and we have lived in 12 homes around the country. Professional, thorough, and honest evaluation of your problems. Where possible they will give you different price options based on your budget. Communication is excellent from the home staff to the repairman who shows up at your door. I was very impressed with the service we received from Precision Overhead garage Door Service. On the morning of my scheduled appointment time, I both received a text message as well as a call from the service technician, Brian Payne. I thought texting me a picture of him along with some of his background information was very nice touch. Upon his arrival he was very professional, courteous, informative, friendly, and very engaging. He gave me a great impression and confirmed why Precision has continued to be my go to company for our garage door issues. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our door and had it fixed within less than an hour.

First time I used Precision Door Service. I backed into our oversize 16' door yesterday evening before it was totally elevated. Knocked a couple of rollers out of their tracks, and bent the bottom panel rendering the door inoperable. Called Precision at 6:30am, tech (Brent S) arrived by 11:00am, and had the door back in working condition in less than an hour. The door functions better now than before I damaged it! Service call might be considered a little pricey, but I am fully satisfied with their work and consider it well worth the money. Technician was very polite and took time to explain what he was doing. Their service is as good as it gets. More importantly, I trust them.
