Though I wasn't here to meet the service gentlemen , my wife was and said they were VERY nice and we sure appreciate the repairs they performed. It was VERY aggravating that the door died and had no movement for a few days.However when I returned from work today it worked fabulously as it had for 5 to 10 years previously. I will be passing my pleasure on to others and try to earn you other peoples business.Your company is as great as it was the last time we used you. Thanks again for all you did for us!

We called Precision Garage Doors of Dayton and thankfully they came out the next day (other business we called said we'd have to wait 3 days for an appointment). We use our garage as a "front door" so repair time was critical. Kevin was the serviceman. He was very professional and did a fantastic, and efficient, job replacing our old garage door for a new one. The professionalism, quality and cost exceeded our expectations. Jerrod (hope I spelled his name right) did a quick, efficient, and effective job. The remote we had didn't work (it is over 30 years old), and we thought our entire system had failed. There are no new remotes with the correct number of dip switches, but Jerrod discovered that a second, back-up remote we had that we didn't use because the battery in it had corroded did have the exact number of switches required to work properly! We hadn't tried to use it, because we thought the corrosion would keep it from working properly. That's why he's a pro, and we're not. Thanx again!

I had used Precision before so called back. I was very pleased with Austin. HE called before arriving. HE was very knowledgeable ,helpful a d friendly. I didn,t realize my garage door lock was still workable with the system I have,so he put in a new battery and helped me set the code for it. HE also attached my garage door control more securely.The door had been lopsided from an incident years ago and he also helped even that. Plus all the work he did getting the door to close!, I,m very happy with everything

I called Precision, and you gave me a time and the installer was here on time and called ahead. A really nice guy, Jarrod, I think was his name came and was very personable and helpful. He explained what was wrong with my door and it was just old. I asked him to install a new one and he did a great job especially in this frigged weather.
