The services done and provided by Zach who installed a fully functioning garage door operating system was very well done. I also enjoyed talking with him during the operation. Although I would have appreciated a call from him letting me know he'd be a bit late returning to my house, he apologized since the other job he had ran into difficulties. I was also very happy that he allowed me a Veteran's discount. He's a fine worker.

Just had the best repair man at our house He was so polite and knowledgeable Zach was only contacted to fix one garage but ended up repairing one and making the other better If you don’t reach out to Precision for their service you will miss one of the good guys

Zack did an outstanding job in explaining what was wrong with my old opener. Then explained my option of fixing the old one or replacing it with a new one. I choice to get a new one. Install was quick and Zack went over all the devices on how to operate the new opener. Thank you!

I called for a garage door "check-up" and was truly surprised that they could send a technician to my home within the hour. Stellar customer service was the reason why I purchased my garage door from Precision and they once again demonstrated that customer service remains their top priority. Once the appointment had been made, they sent me a photograph of the responding technician, who also called me and provided an exact time of his expected arrival. The tech arrived when he said he would and thoroughly checked my door, making a just a few minor adjustments to ensure the continued smooth operation. My Precision experience was absolutely amazing!

Our garage door opener wasn’t working. We called in the morning and they came out that afternoon and installed a new one. The young man called when he was on his way and was there within 10 minutes. John saved our day when the garage door cable broke at 9:am. We used google to find Precision and they rearranged their busy schedule for John to fix the door, arriving quickly at 1:pm and spending only 45 minutes. We will use and recommend Precision Doors for the future.

Though I wasn't here to meet the service gentlemen , my wife was and said they were VERY nice and we sure appreciate the repairs they performed. It was VERY aggravating that the door died and had no movement for a few days.However when I returned from work today it worked fabulously as it had for 5 to 10 years previously.
