We already had a Lift Master garage door opening system. However, it was installed by previous owners in 1994! The system had been serviced once since we bought our home four years ago When it ceased to function, we called Precision Door Service, and Matt Roberts was here within two hours. After Matt presented reasonable options, I decided that it was time to replace the system. Replacing the existing, older system held some challenges, but Matt - politely, methodically and patiently - worked until the installation was complete. He was professional throughout. At the end, he again - patiently - helped me to reprogram my car opener. I was very impressed with the timeliness and quality of Precision's service and would definitely recommend them and will call them again for future needs.

Called Precision to fix our broken springs in 2014. They arrived same day to install new springs on both sides. I was told the springs were the last springs I would have to buy. 5 Years later, we had a failure. Without any issues, Precision came out replaced both springs and I only had the service call to pay for. Wow, I was prepared for disappointment and it was definitely not the case. Precision stood by their product and apologized that they failed sooner than their expected life. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

Our Garage door came off the hinges around 1:00 PM on a Thursday. They were able to get a technician here around 2:00 PM and by 3:10 PM he had replaced all the rollers and the spring! Now the door is VERY quiet and works great! They are super to deal with!

Adam Meier, technician, arrived on time and quickly assessed our garage door problem. The motor had died. It was an old, loud garage door opener that was installed when the house was built in the 80’s. He installed a new Door opener and a new key Padua under an hour, hour. Clean efficient and nice. My service window was from 4-6; Zach called to say he was on his way & got here shortly after 4. I had a broken spring & decided to get all the garage door parts overhauled (old door). Zach was great! We had a car that had to be left in the garage due to the weight of the door. Zach took great care to not damage the car while he worked.

I am so impressed with the professionalism and promptness of this business. I found them through Home Advisor and within an hour they contacted me. It was a Friday and on Monday they were in my garage telling me what they offered. Less than 45 minutes later I had a new garage door opener, 2 remotes with the batteries installed, a button at the inside door, added sensors AND he had installed a new keypad on the outside. He stayed while I programmed the keypad code and left me with instructions on the mobile app for my phone. He cleaned up after himself too. The Lift Master opener is so much quieter than our old system. I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

I chose Precision because of the online reviews and the A+ BBB rating. The appointment was made quickly - I called on Friday and my appointment was for Tuesday morning. I had a bent track repaired and a new garage door opener installed by Adam. My appt. was for between 10-12. Adam called around 10ish and said he would be there in about 30 min. Then I received an email showing me Adam's photo - that was nice - I knew who to expect. He arrived in about 20 min., looked at the door, opener and tracks, told me my garage door opener was about 30 years old and he would try to fix the track. He quoted a price. I told him to go ahead. I went inside the house and less than an hour later he called and said it was all done. He offered to put light bulbs in if I could bring them out, and that got done too. He told me how the remote and keypad worked and made sure I got my password programmed. Adam was very nice, helpful and quick. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision for anyone who needs service for their garage door. Thanks!

Easiest home improvement project ever! One week from call to install. New door looks great and feels solid. Initially called on Tuesday, John came out on Saturday to measure and gave me a price. Scheduled the install on Tuesday afternoon. The installer was great and efficient. Had the new door up in no time and hauled away the old one. Price was also very reasonable. I first used Precision Door a few years ago when a spring broke. They were the only ones that could come out the same day to repair. Since I had a good experience the first time, they were the first ones I called when I decided to upgrade to an insulated door with a row of windows. GREAT JOB!
