I had a torsion spring on my garage door break and couldn't get in the garage. I called at 7:30 on a Saturday morning and by 9:00 the job was done! The technician, Zach, was great. He informed me of all my options without trying to push the most expensive choice on me. I would highly recommend Precision.

Adam is a great guy. I enjoyed his conversation, his attention to detail and his patience. So far the door is operating better than it has since moving here. He took time to explain things and about the openers that you sell. You have a new customer. I will not have difficulty referring you to others. I say this with all sincerity because I don’t do this with just anyone.

Great work, got a repairman out here within a couple of hours of notice my torsion spring had broken! He was able to fix it and upgrade all moving parts. Before my door sounded like a cat screeching in a back alley every time I opened or closed it, now it's whisper quiet!

They installed new springs last month, door started having problems closing last week. The cables came of the reels. The door was stuck open and they could not come till next day. Then said was our fault, charged another $124 to fix. 3 year warranty is worthless. Springs were over priced to begin with. They told my wife there would be no charge to fix before they came out.

The technician came out, was courteous and kind and determined the problem was electrical and not the opener itself. Should future problems occur, I will not hesitate to call your company again. Thanks for your prompt, courteous response.
