Woke up this morning to a garage door that wouldn't open - broken spring. Called Precision at 9:00AM, got an appointment for 2:00 PM (same day), all the work was done by 3:00 PM (total rebuild - springs, pulleys, rollers, etc). Fast, efficient, friendly and very professional service. My technician today was Jared, and he was outstanding in every way. Thanks Precision for such a great company!

Great job on my garage door repair. The spring and cables broke this morning at 7:00 a.m.. I called Precision and George had the door repaired by 10:15 a.m.. Nobody wants an unexpected repair bill, but I can't find a single complaint about how I was treated or the repair done. Very professional all around!

I called Precision this morning and 30 minutes later Adam called and asked if he could come early, I said yes and 10 minutes later he drove up. Talked about the new opener I needed and after I agreed installed it and set the opener in my car to work. After I heard the unit I frankly couldn't believe how quiet it was.
