I called on a Saturday morning at 08:30. The person answering the phone was a joy to speak with, she got me on the schedule as quick as she could. She told me the service tech would be Isaiah. When he arrived, he was very polite. Asked what was going on wanted to see the issues I was describing. He then proceeded to look over the problem and show me the issues he found and as to why they were a problem. Very upfront with everything. I told him to go ahead with the repairs, he jumped on it right away and was done in just over an hour. I was COMPLETLY satisfied with the workmanship and the price. You now have a customer for life. I HIGHLY recommend them, especially Isaiah. Thanks

When my garage door would not open so I scheduled an appt on line with Precision. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Cody who said he would be at my house in 20 minutes. He checked out everything from the door, rollers, springs, and motor. He took his time and explained everything that was wrong with my garage door system. He then offered me several options to get my door working again. Since my motor and everything else was so old, I choose to replace everything, even though I had other options available. My spring had busted at 7am and by Noon the tech Isaiah had arrived and began assessing the situation. Within 15 minutes he had multiple plans drawn up depending on budget and how I wanted to proceed. We end up get everything but the door replaced with Premium materials and a new Garage door Opener. All of this was explained in great detail with knowledge of how fortunate I was that my entire system did not fail until this morning. (Over 20 years.) Isaiah was not pushy or attempting to sell me more than I would need and made me feel very comfortable with the upgrades and purchase I made. I highly recommend the company and particularly Isaiah for not only doing this job professionaly and within a good time frame, but not trying to rush anything with a snow storm happening currently.
