Precision did an outstanding job installing some new equipment, including a new opener. I trusted them to fix a problem I was having with the opener that was installed 16 months ago. Their technician was polite and professional!

Joey did a wonderful job installing our new 16' garage door, 4/9/2024. It works wonderful. Very easy to open manually, so we expect very little load on the original opener/lift.

My positive experience began with my initial call to ask if the replacement of the door seal originally installed in 2021 was covered under warranty. The customer service representative offered to have a tech take a look at it. She waived the service call. The service tech was very personable. He called to see if I wanted him to arrive earlier than the appointment time. We agreed on a favorable time. Tyler arrived on time. He was thorough and professional. He made the agreed upon servicing and repairs very efficiently. He deserved the 5 star review.

Precision exceeded my expectations. The website made it easy to schedule my service call, I received email and text confirmations of the booking, the technician called before he arrived, and I received a confirmation text with the technician's name and picture. Once he arrived, the technician was pleasant to deal with, he was knowledgeable, and he did not pressure me with up charges. Additionally, I received a written quote for future services that may be needed at a later date. Precision is my new garage door company. Thanks, TJ!

I called you about 2 years ago when my garage door wouldn’t work. The repairman who came to my aide was very knowledgeable and provided multiple options for me to choose from. My second call was because I forgot the code that I had setup so I scheduled a time later in the day but the repairman contacted me and we were able to move the appointment time up. Anyway he was every bit as amazing as my first experience. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone that needs help with their garage door.
