Kevin was extremely courteous, helpful, and efficient. He completed the job within about 35 minutes. It was merely a spring replacement but he checked all the other parts of the door and the opener to make sure they were in good working order. I hope we don't need any additional repairs in the future, but if we do you can bet I will be calling Precision. Thanks for the outstanding service Kevin.
