My service was exallent! The service man (which I can't think of this name) was very nice, helpful, patient and kind. He showed me where the door was broke, lubricated another door because of problems for free of charge. Which that means alot these days because it seems that most company's only want what is best for them. I will rate you a 5, but would personally rate a 10. 4.5 stars. Nathan was great. He knew his stuff and installed our new opener in less than 2 hours and it works great. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars, was because there was some confusion as to the inclusion of a remote entry pad in the quote. I thought it was included, but apparently it was not included.

We needed a new double garage door for one of our condo units. The old door was buckling and could have possibly collapsed on the residents' 2 vehicles. We needed a competitive price, a reasonable guarantee and fast service. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service inspected the garage door on a Monday and installed a new one, including new hardware, on Tuesday. Best of all the hardware came with a lifetime guarantee. We originally purchased 2 new garage door openers w/ remotes & key pad in Jan 2014. They work beautifully & are amazingly quiet :). We had a minor problem with the remotes, however John came to our home within 24 hours, accessed the situation and changed out the remotes. We are very happy with both the product & the service--and John and the installers were all very nice to work with.
