A broken spring resulted in a broken garage door after 5 pm on 24 May. I tried one repair company and they were closed until after the Memorial Day weekend. That meant I was stuck at home until sometime Tuesday. On Saturday morning, I tried Precision Door Service and was able to schedule a repair for later that day. The technician phoned ahead when he was on his way. He arrived and went to work immediately to fix the problem. He was friendly, polite and explained everything he was doing. Garage door was repaired and working again - hooray!

I called you about 2 years ago when my garage door wouldn’t work. The repairman who came to my aide was very knowledgeable and provided multiple options for me to choose from. My second call was because I forgot the code that I had setup so I scheduled a time later in the day but the repairman contacted me and we were able to move the appointment time up.
