I did my research on garage for companies before scheduling Precision Garage Doors. I was not disappointed, and this company exceeded my expectations! I called for an appointment and they were able to come immediately. Joey Albers was my technician. He was very good, knew the industry very well, knew their products, and provided multiple solutions. There was no pressure to purchase anything, because their prices were so reasonable, I purchased that day. Even more surprising was when Joey sits he could install the new opener and components that day. He was done in 40 minutes and it's perfect. Christmas came early for me! Thank you, John, Joey, and Precision Garage Doors!

After my friend Sarah told me she had used them for years and that they always stand by their work. I figured I would give them a try. I am very happy with the experience from beginning to end. Great job done by Tyler to replace our 'Safety Eyes' (the sensor cameras) which were really old and incompatible with our recent garage door opener change. Very well explained, extremely quick turnaround time with installation and went beyond (replaced new cables from opener to sensor; lubricated door for squeaky noise though was not asked for). Cost was also affordable and well explained w.r.t the breakdown! Highly recommended for garage door service!

I am a repeat customer of this business. Today, they came to re-program my door opener keypad and synch it with the motors. While they were at my home, I asked them to do general maintenance (lube, adjustments, etc.). I am pleased with their work! I called for an appointment on Sunday. They were at my house Monday, a little early relative to the 4-hour window I was given. No waiting! They were VERY efficient and professional with the task of the keypad reconnection. Tuned the doors up nicely too. The technicians were very courteous and professional. I'll use this business again should the need arise!

I've used Precision Doors for about the last 10-12 years. At first, John doing much of the work himself. We recently had a break down in our older gargage door. My husband's car was in the driveway, but mine was essentially incarcerated. It was in the garage and the Gar. door couldn't be opened. Tyler arrived the very next day and was great! He showed me the various problems and explained which areas were most urgent to fix. We priced things out and I decided to change most of the moving parts because our door panels were still in good shape. Tyler communicated well and did the job within a very reasonable time that afternoon. My husband and I both could hear and feel the difference! We feel like we got a whole new door for half the price. Tyler also made sure that all of our programmed devices (remote opener, keypad) would be working as usual. We are both very happy with the outcome.
