The service was very personal and efficient! I called on a Saturday morning and they scheduled and completed the door repair Monday morning by 10:00 am. Zach, technician who serviced our door was very personal, taking time to explain the process, the warranty and costs. He was polite and efficient with his overall work, making sure we were satisfied before he left the job.

Our spring broke on our garage door. My husband wanted fast service. We have items of value in our garage, so leaving the door up was not an option. My husband knew I would not be able to manually open and close the garage door. They had a tech at our home quickly.

Precision Door Service contacted me by text and phone to let me know they would arrive in a half hour. Service repairman, Jeff, arrived as stated. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the rollers greased the track and adjusted the tension. He did NOT try to have me purchase a new opener - in fact he stated that I had a good one. I felt that he was very honest and friendly. I will definitely contact them again if and when it is needed!

We had a freak accident causing the garage for jam in the up position on a cold and snowy morning. Called our regular service company and they responded with an appointment 5 days later, or emergency service with a high rate per half hour that included travel time for the repairman. I called Precision and the owner was at my door in less than 2 hours and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Precision will now be my "go to" garage door service company.

The products, service, and customer service I have received from Precision Overhead Garage Door have consistently been first class during the 10 years or so I have been their customer. I would not deal with any other garage door company. I have recommended Precision to several of my friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.

Precision Garage Service exceeded my expectations, providing professional installation of the highest quality materials in a timely manner. Their communication (via email, text, and phone calls) were also top quality in every way. The final bill matched the estimate exactly, so no surprises there. I am extremely pleased with the work, the materials, and the professionalism I received from the first phone call I made to get an estimate, to the final promise after installation that they would stand behind their work and warranty. Precision Door Service was five stars all the way!
Thank you for the great review! We are thrilled when our customers are happy with their garage door service and parts, this is our main goal. If you need anything in the future please call.
