Great service. Called me within minutes of filling the online form, and had a tech out the next morning. Adam, the tech, was very professional and called prior to arriving. He was thorough describing the issues we were having, and was able to repair within an hour. No complaints, a top notch company.

From start to finish, working with Precision was both convenient and efficient. The technician, Jared, was considerate (doing a contact free appointment) and he patiently discussed repair options, benefits, and costs—which I appreciated. The repair required replacing a broken spring, but I decided to trust Jared’s advice (I asked) and also replace the cables, rollers, and supporting parts (since the springs failed, why not these parts as well?). Jared also explained how the Precision parts were superior to the original “builder’s-grade” parts. This made sense.

Service today was professional and timely. Our service technician - Tyler - was polite and knowledgeable. Our torsion spring broke and thankfully was covered under our warranty. We have a large garage door requiring two torsion springs and Tyler replaced both since they are the same age. That's the kind of company I appreciate doing business with, integrity! Our family would definitely recommend Precision.

I contacted Precision Tuesday afternoon regarding my broken garage door opener. A technician (Adam) was immediately scheduled to come out the very next day between 2-4. At 12:30 both Adam and Heather called to see if it was OK for Adam to come out at 1:00. Adam came out, discussed the problem with me, explained his game plan and proceeded to remove the existing track and motor and replaced it with a new one which is extremely quiet which is key as our Master Bedroom is directly above the garage. Adam was very professional and efficient. Thanks Adam!

Precision being available 24/7 was incredibly convenient when our garage door spring broke at 9 pm. I was able to immediately call and schedule an appointment for the next day. Matthew was our technician. He came out for a spring repair and found several other issues with our very old door. He was very knowledgeable and patient while he talked me through my options. I decided to order a new door. He ordered the door I wanted and came back out to install it once it arrived. The Precision team was very helpful, easy to contact, and had great communication - including a text to my phone with a picture of the technician I should expect to arrive and a call ~15 mins before they arrived.
