I called at 8:05 to set up a service appointment and was given a window between 10:00 and 12:00. The technician called at 9:30 to ask if he could come early because he was only about 10 minutes away. He quickly and efficiently assessed the situation and told us about our options. The repair was completed around 10:45. Fast, professional, and courteous. I would highly reccomend them to anyone.

I would use this company again without hesitation. The service tech called to let me know when he would be there. He arrived on time, accessed the situation, and gave me a quote. He then returned on a Saturday and replaced (2) doors just as promised. The tech was very professional and courteous. He removed old doors and any debris. Everything was left in perfect order with (2) beautiful, new, working doors.

I had my springs, drums, and cables replaced about 1-1/2 years ago by Precision. I expected the pay for adjusting the springs but there was no charge. Great! Tyler did an excellent job and explained different motor systems after I asked and he realized my unit was 18 years old.

From start to finish, working with Precision was both convenient and efficient. The technician, Jared, was considerate (doing a contact free appointment) and he patiently discussed repair options, benefits, and costs—which I appreciated. The repair required replacing a broken spring, but I decided to trust Jared’s advice (I asked) and also replace the cables, rollers, and supporting parts (since the springs failed, why not these parts as well?). Jared also explained how the Precision parts were superior to the original “builder’s-grade” parts. This made sense.

Service today was professional and timely. Our service technician - Tyler - was polite and knowledgeable. Our torsion spring broke and thankfully was covered under our warranty. We have a large garage door requiring two torsion springs and Tyler replaced both since they are the same age. That's the kind of company I appreciate doing business with, integrity! Matthew did a great job, texted when he was on the way including a photo of himself. The original door was installed by a Precision Door Service technician many years ago. Today the door glider just needed an adjustment which was expertly performed.

I contacted Precision Tuesday afternoon regarding my broken garage door opener. A technician (Adam) was immediately scheduled to come out the very next day between 2-4. At 12:30 both Adam and Heather called to see if it was OK for Adam to come out at 1:00. Adam came out, discussed the problem with me, explained his game plan and proceeded to remove the existing track and motor and replaced it with a new one which is extremely quiet which is key as our Master Bedroom is directly above the garage. Adam was very professional and efficient. Thanks Adam!

I had excellent response from making an appt for a quote (Heide was friendly and helpful setting it up) to Kevin quickly responding to the evaluation of a new door. He installed it within a week of the Board’s approval in a friendly, knowledgeable, and amazingly short period of time! He had an extremely hot day and I was very impressed with his work ethics.
