Kevin was great, actually a little early. Right to work,answered all my questions,hard working and very knowledgeable. Explained what caused our issue and promptly corrected it for safe operation plus new bottom seal hopefully keeps the water out now. Would highly recommend him and Precision to anyone.

Precision did an outstanding job of installing our garage door 7 years ago and has provided maintenance as needed with professional staff. Recently one of the two springs finally gave out. Our technician Tyler replaced both springs, balanced the tension and lubricated the rollers in about 30 minutes. He did an awesome job. With our warranty, the charge was only $75 for the service call. I love Precision

Needed garage door springs replaced. Getting an appointment was quick. The call center was friendly and had a warm, professional voice. Received text and call from technician, Brent that he was on his was. He arrived when he said he would. Had a very professional manner. Confirmed I needed springs and assessed the rest of the garage door. I am confident we will have many years of use after his visit. I would highly recommend

Kevin came out and replaced the rollers and got the garage door and the garage opener running again. He added some safety features to my old time springs. Less than 24 hrs after making a service request my garage door was completely repaired. Service was under$130. Exceptional service & a stellar scheduling system. Repair specialist was professional, total repair was accomplished in less than a half hour.

The technician was here for maybe 5 minutes. After telling me he had no idea what to do. I thanked him for his time and called another company. More training for your technicians is strongly advised. IDK should never be said. Let me find out is always a better response. Seemed like it was just more work than he wanted to do. I was thankful for the early text and his prompt arrival though. Good Luck:) BTW my tension spring is broken, both cables and guide reels are all still in place, but all he could do was give me excuses as to why he couldn’t fix it. Really think he missed an opportunity to replace or repair. He offered no solutions just kept repeating the challenges. So much negativity from him that there was no way I was going to let him waste anymore of my time. I live in an older home and have never had any service or repair person who was so poorly trained on the art of a sale, really no salesmanship at all.

One of the nicest serviceman I have ever met. He made me feel at ease and I knew he was going to give me great service which he did. He explains everything in detail before and after the job.
