Andy came to our home in under 24 hours and performed a spring repair on 2 garage doors. No contact service and all communication done over the phone and email which is much appreciated during the pandemic. Precision sent a text with Andy's picture and information prior to his arrival which is a best practice for any home service company. Very positive experience and recommended!

We were impressed with what we read online before we called. Our call for an estimate was met within an hour by Adam. We were updated about who was coming and what their ETA was throughout the process. Adam explained everything thoroughly and why precision door was different. This was all made apparent when Matt came out to install the doors. We were impressed with the way these doors are constructed. They are not the ordinary doors we received estimates for from everyone else. These high quality doors have additional reinforcing and heavy duty hardware adding to their service life. Because of my lifetime warranty I never have to pay for a service call again. Matt did an excellent job installing all three doors and an opener in one day. Technician very knowledgeable. We have had trouble in the past with the current set-up of our garage door. Technician looked at set-up and suggested a new set-up to alleviate the problem. Very pleased with the quality of work and the knowledge to better our opener. Was notified when technician was arriving and with a picture of the technician. Would recommend Precision Door Service 100%.

Service technician Adam came out initially to review issues with a bent door and broken cables. He was professional, personable and thorough. I would definitely give Adam a five star rating. He got my door up and running until I could coordinate the new door replacement. A few days later, service technician Matt installed a new garage door. He too, was professional, personable and thorough. I would also give Matt five stars. I am beyond pleased with the direction provided and the work performed by Precision. Nothing but good things to say about this company. Our spring broke at 9pm at night on a Sunday and we called to schedule a next day service repair and the gentleman on the phone was so polite and helpful. The next morning at 8am Adam arrived with a smile on his face and had our problem solved within 10 minutes. If we EVER have any garage door issues again we will use nobody except this company!

I am thrilled to write a review on Precision Door Service. I travel a lot for work and was planning a trip on Wednesday, and our door spring broke Monday evening. Tuesday morning I called Precision to schedule a time, expecting to be scheduled in a day or two. I just did not have a day or two to wait, the door is heavy and my wife could not open the door on her own. At first Jessica, scheduled me for the next morning, but since I was traveling, she asked me to hold on the phone. Within 45 minutes, Adam was available to fix our door. It truly was Precision timing, (pun intended), Adam was professional and quick to get to work. I am extremely appreciative for their extra effort to squeeze me into their busy schedule. Everyone, was great to work with, I definitely will keep Precision Door Service in mind for any future repairs/replacement doors. Thank you Adam and Jessica for making this happen.

The tech worked very hard in installing the bottom rubber seal on Garage door. It took a long time to install. The problem is, inside garage the door on the left side you can see a stream of light about 24inches the rubber seal is not not flush to the floor when the garage door is closed. I did point it out to the tech he said it is because of the garage floor. However the old floor seal was flush to the floor when close only a one inch gap was seen. This rubber seal was soft difficult to work with.I. just hope the rubber is durable. The cost was 194.00 I did take a photo.

The young man came out and after telling him my problem with our door. It would start to close and then it would go back up. He knew right away what the problem was and took a minute to fix it. Then he adjusted the garage door so it would go up all the way. I would recommend Precision door service to everyone.
