Fast efficient and within the time line they gave to replace the garage door, when finished installer Tyler Lung explained maintenance and answered any questions I had. That evening I could already feel the difference in temperature in the garage due to the insulation, and yes the door looks amazing.

First time using Precision Door Service and I am very pleased with their service. Our area had a power surge and our garage door would go up and down on it’s own. Brent came out the same day I called for service and did a reset on our unit.

First off, I'm writing this for the company not the tech. Kevin did a great job, only took about 20min. With that being said, what an absolute rip off! First it was 75$ service charge for anyone to come out which is fine, I get that nothing is cheap these days. The tech came out and took a look at what needed to be done and said he'd be done in 15min! Awesome! He gets done and slaps me with a $365 bill! I said for what? The spring on my garage door came unwound and the cables needed to be replaced. That's it! Tells me that he doesn't make the prices. I told him if I had any idea I'd be charged almost $400 for a 15min job I'd have done it myself! What company just shows up, doesn't give you a quote and just does the work?? That's absolutely wild! Basically just forced me to pay money I didn't have! Naturally I call the company and was told they would reach out to management and management would reach out to the tech. After that I would hear back in a few minutes. I wait 25min and heard nothing so I called again. Now they're telling me that the last rep should have never told me that because no ones in the offices on Saturday and probably wouldn't hear from anyone until monday! WOW! Lesson learned, always ask for a quote before anyone does anything for you . I will never be using this company again and will for sure be telling at least everyone in my circle about the price gouging nonsense that is precision door service. 365$ for 15min of work?? I'm in the wrong business.

i emailed late pm last night when the spring broke on my daughters garage door. To my surprise Adam Meier responded at 8:15 pm!!!! I explained my daughter was handicapped and we needed to get this fixed A.S.A.P. He was very understanding and Brian called and texted to let me know he would be out at 10:00 am. !!! Brian came out, very professionally assessed the needs, gave me three choices and did a FANTASTIC JOB! Your super service is only surpassed by your wonderful communication! Thank You so much! Brian Payne was @ our home several months ago to repair one of our two garage doors. Also, Brian installed new weather stripping under both doors. Brian Payne did an outstanding job. After the extreme weather change, rain came in under one of the doors. I called & Brian came out to adjust the gaps on each side of the door. Did an adjustment so the door would close quieter. He also checked the other door for proper sealing @ the bottom. All at NO CHARGE! Side note....Brian is just a fun guy to be around that wants the customer to be satisfied. Believe me! We are.
