A broken spring resulted in a broken garage door after 5 pm on 24 May. I tried one repair company and they were closed until after the Memorial Day weekend. That meant I was stuck at home until sometime Tuesday. On Saturday morning, I tried Precision Door Service and was able to schedule a repair for later that day. The technician phoned ahead when he was on his way. He arrived and went to work immediately to fix the problem. He was friendly, polite and explained everything he was doing. Garage door was repaired and working again - hooray!

TJ came out and checked my garage opener due to it's beeping. He said it needed a new battery and he had it on his truck. I said it's only 2 years old. Explained it could be due to weather etc. Very nice gentleman.

This company has amazing customer service. From the moment I called, explained the issue, Amanda was so helpful and was able to give me a same day appointment. Brent was our technician, called me 40 minutes before he arrived so I would have time to come home from work. He was very knowledgeable, had excellent communication skills, found the problem fast, went above and beyond to go back to the shop to get a manual lock for my garage door, which he didn’t have to do because he had already repaired my garage door opener sensors. I highly recommend this company! Amazing service from beginning to end. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!

I called today January 31st and received a call within 15 minutes of my inquiry. My appointment was scheduled same day with a two hour window. I received a call even earlier than expected time which was great. Tyler came out, examined the door thoroughly, called me out, explained the issues and his recommendations at this time. He also explained what he would recommend for the future and all options with detailed breakdowns. I would recommend Precision to anyone.
