I have called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service several times over recent years and they've always taken care of us. Kevin O. arrived at our home to replace our broken garage door spring. He is very friendly, courteous and professional. After inspecting our garage door (21 year old builder grade) we decided to purchase a new, insulated garage door and opener. Kevin temporarily replaced our broken spring so we can use our garage door and is scheduled to install our new door on Monday.

Had a broken cable on one side. Allen showed up at the beginning of the 2 hour window and assessed the problem. In which case he installed a lot heavier cable and drum to insure no future problems. I am very pleased with the fact that he didn't try to make it seem worse and try to sell me stuff I didn't need. He explained everything in detail during installation, and performed a great service. Which in this day and age is not very common. I would definitely recommend Precision based on my experience with them to everyone. Glad I found their internet add, and if I ever have another problem, I will call these guys hands down.
