The Service Gentleman Jeff, came the same day the service call was placed. Jeff, infact called 30mins prior to estimated arrival time and waited for me as I was running late. As a new home owner I was a bit worried when my rollers came a bit off track because i backed my car into the garage door. Jeff walked in with a big smile and reassured me it wasn’t a big problem at all. I believe our encounter was a divine intervention because he really brought a smile to my face and made my day much better. I would definitely use this company again. I hope all your employees have the kindness, professionalism and respect that Jeff showed me. If I ever have to upgrade my door i’m definitely going to be calling Precision.

Garage door went out on us on Sunday 7/29. Door was stuck half up half down, and we could not get our cars out. I called the Precision Door service number, explained my situation and requested service ASAP due to the situation. A service call was scheduled for Mon 7/30 in the noon-2:00 pm time slot. A service rep (Jeff) came out between 9 & 10 am and had the repair completed within an hour. Excellent service and kudos to Jeff!

My garage door broke on a Sunday. I called that evening and made an appointment for the next day. Adam got here early (called ahead of time to make sure it was okay) and was done in around 40 minutes. Very reasonable prices as well as quick service. Adam was very professional. I will definitely call again for future garage door issues.

This was our first experience with Precision. I was pleased with the work that was done. I called for an appointment and within a few hours, Kevin was at our door. The work was done efficiently and professionally. Kevin was very pleasant and explained the repair process. I never realized how noisy our old springs were until we had Precision install the new ones. I'm very excited about that bonus. I would call them again for service.

We have been using Precision Door Service for many years for all our Garage Door needs. We had our garage door replaced on Saturday. Precision Door Service, employee Jeff arrived early on Saturday morning. He was very professional, told us exactly what he was going to do. He worked non stop and completed the job in a timely manner. He even cleaned up after he was done. We outdone definitely recommend Precision Door Service for all your garage door needs.

I was happy with the speed of the repair. I was happy with the service tech that came and did the repair. However, overall I think the cost was high for the work that was done. Will look for a different provider the next time I need a garage door repair.

All the other reviews speak the truth. Very friendly, fast service. The focus was on ensuring that I was satisfied before the first mention of payment. No sales push for upgraded door. Great install for about the same price as I would buy one from a big box store and install myself.

I placed the phone call and Austin arrived less than 2 hours later, Austin was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. We had a chain that was off track, but the issue was at broken part. He showed me the broken part, told me what the cost would be to replace. Before leaving, Austin checked the 2nd door to make sure we wouldn't have a problem. Very happy and would recommend Precision Door.
