This was absolutely pain free! I called late Saturday evening and got an 8 am appointment. The technician called prior to arriving. He was knowledgeable and went right to work and finished in no time! Highly recommend.

I selected Precision because they offered prompt service even in my rural location. Once the appointment was made I was impressed with the quality and quantity of communication regarding my appointment time and who would be arriving to service the door. The technician called when he was on his way, arrived when he said he would, and diagnosed the problem as soon as he set foot in my garage! He explained my options well but did not pressure me to pick one over another; instead was friendly, informative and helpful. When I decided to purchase a new door he worked to accommodate my schedule. My door will be installed in a couple of days and I look forward to the same exceptional service on that date! Thank you for making this troublesome chore a breeze!

Despite not expecting to spend as much as we did, we are very happy with our new Liftmaster system. I called because our springs broke and cables came down on our 25-year old Overhead Legacy unit (which still worked fine). But it made sense to upgrade to new technology. Kevin did a great job explaining our options of repair only, or the capabilities of the Liftmaster 8355W. We decided to do the whole deal, and left Kevin to sweat profusely in the extreme humidity.

Andy came to our home in under 24 hours and performed a spring repair on 2 garage doors. No contact service and all communication done over the phone and email which is much appreciated during the pandemic. Precision sent a text with Andy's picture and information prior to his arrival which is a best practice for any home service company. Very positive experience and recommended!

We were impressed with what we read online before we called. Our call for an estimate was met within an hour by Adam. We were updated about who was coming and what their ETA was throughout the process. Adam explained everything thoroughly and why precision door was different. This was all made apparent when Matt came out to install the doors. We were impressed with the way these doors are constructed. They are not the ordinary doors we received estimates for from everyone else. These high quality doors have additional reinforcing and heavy duty hardware adding to their service life. Because of my lifetime warranty I never have to pay for a service call again. Matt did an excellent job installing all three doors and an opener in one day. Technician very knowledgeable. We have had trouble in the past with the current set-up of our garage door. Technician looked at set-up and suggested a new set-up to alleviate the problem. Very pleased with the quality of work and the knowledge to better our opener. Was notified when technician was arriving and with a picture of the technician. Service technician Adam came out initially to review issues with a bent door and broken cables. He was professional, personable and thorough. I would definitely give Adam a five star rating. He got my door up and running until I could coordinate the new door replacement. A few days later, service technician Matt installed a new garage door.
