Our garage door spring broke. We still had the receipt from when it was replace by Precision in 2010 which included warranty coverage of parts and labor. The company honored the warranty and only charged us for a service call. Door is as good as new and we saved a ton of money. Brent did a great job!!

Kevin was great, actually a little early. Right to work,answered all my questions,hard working and very knowledgeable. Precision did an outstanding job of installing our garage door 7 years ago and has provided maintenance as needed with professional staff. Recently one of the two springs finally gave out. Our technician Tyler replaced both springs, balanced the tension and lubricated the rollers in about 30 minutes. He did an awesome job. With our warranty, the charge was only $75 for the service call. I love Precision
